Preliminary Study On Establishment Of Wildflower Meadow In Bashang Area Of Northern Hebei Province

In this paper,it was selected that 12 kinds of wild flowers and 6 kinds of commodity herb flowers in the Northern region of Hebei province,using two mixed mode to explore the schema to build wildflower meadow consituted by wild flower in the Bashang area of Northern Hebei province.The wild flower mixing pattern is composed of 12 kinds of wild flowers,and designs combination A,B and C,and the seeding quantity is from low to high.Wild flowers+commodity herb flowers mixing pattern is composed of 12 kinds of wild flowers and 6 kinds of commodity herb flowers,and designs combination D,E and F,the seeding quantity is from low to high.Repeat each combination 3 times.Through observation records the experiment plot plant biological characteristics of wild flowers of different mixed mode in two consecutive years to analysis reasonable wildflower combination construction data and evaluate performance in the wildflowers,in order to the area of wild flowers for wildflowers construction to provide the reference.The main results are as follows:1.Among the three combinations of wild flowers mixing pattern,combination A's emergence rate and reviving rate are the highest.Combination A used 1m² 606 seeds,has seeded 12 species of wild flowers in the first year and revived 10 species of wild flowers in the second year.There were 164 plants in the first year and 86 plants in the second year,the numbers of plant during two years were more reasonable.Combination A has the most flowering plants and the longest flowering period.The ratio of the species of flowering plants in the second year of the combination A is the ground layer:middle layer:upper level=1:7:2.The proportion of plants in different layers is the ground layer:middle level:upper level=23:45:18.The spring flowering plant species accounted for 13%,the number was 25%,the species of flowering plants in summer accounted for 67%and the number was 58%,the fall flowering plant species accounted for 20%,and the numbers was 17%.The combination has a more obvious stratification and the longest flowering period,with flowering plants in the three seasons.2.There are two main reasons for the overall poor performance of wild flowers+commodity herb flowers mixing pattern.Firstly,the taller and stronger Cosmos bipinnata,Cosmos sulphureus,Rudbeckia laciniata,Callistephus chinensis,and poorly adapted Chrysanthemum coronarium,Impatiens balsamina are not suitable to mix with wild flower in wildflower meadow.Secondly,the number of seedlings of the three combinatorial commodity herb flowers is 1.66¹.81 times the number of seedlings of wild flowers.The proportion of the amount of commodity herb flowers is too high,which seriously affects the normal growth of wild flowers.It is suggested that the plant which growth rate is slower,the plant height is suitable,and the branches and leaves are more slender could be mixed with wild flowers.In addition,the target number of the commodity herb flowers should be less than the target number of wild flowers.3.16 indexes were selected from the characteristics of the flower,the whole plant and the adaptability,and each index was divided into three grades,and the performance of 12 wild flowers in the wild flower combination was evaluated.The results showed that the best comprehensive performance that are Delphiniumg siwanense,Scabiosa comosa,Papaver nudicaule,Dianthus superbus.The comprehensive performance of Allium mongolicum,Echinops latifolius,Delphiniumg siwanense,Iris dichotoma and Linum perenne are slightly worse.They are all suitable for wildflowers construction.Most of the plants can not enter the flowering Clematis intricata,the poorly adapted Allium bidentatum and Allium tuberosum,are not suitable for wildflower meadow.
