The area of saline-alkali land in China reached 99.13 million hectares.Soil salinization poses a serious threat to China's agriculture.Therefore,preventing and controlling soil salinization and improving the use of salinized soil have extremely important practical and scientific value for agricultural production.Regardless of the prevention of soil salinization,or the improvement of saline-alkali soil,the distribution and dynamic changes of soil water and salt are all important issues that need to be studied.Only by grasping the dynamics of soil and water in the soil can we control soil salinization.In this paper,chemical measures were used to improve the saline-alkali soil.In this paper,the spatial and temporal dynamics of salinity in saline-alkali soil profile under the action of modifier were studied and the effect of modifiers on the growth and development of corn.The dynamic variation of salt in different seasons and depths of farmland was revealed and its basic characteristics were revealed.It provides a scientific basis forthe improvement of salinized soil and the prevention and control of soil salinization.The results showed that:?1?From the perspective of the temporal dynamics of salt content,the staged changes of Na+and Cl-and water-soluble salt and soil moisture content in the 010cm soil layer were large.And that of the other soil layers changed little.The dynamic process of salinity could be roughly divided into two stages.The volatility was stronger before the elongation stage,then the change trend was stable and the regularity was obvious.The dynamic changes of sodium adsorption ratio at different levels of treatment profiles were similar to those of salt.?2?Analyzed the salinity of each soil layer of the section found that the contents of Na+and Cl-and and water-soluble salt and soil moisture content in the shallow soil of 020cm section were low.The deep soil?4060cm?was relatively high,which was in line with the general law of salt profile distribution.Compared with different treatments,the contents of Cl-and water-soluble salt in Bamboo charcoal organic compound fertilizer and Bacteria organic compound fertilizer treatments were obviously accumulated in the middle layer of soil layer during germination and seedling stage and elongation stage.The contents of Na+also belonged to the intermediate type in germination and seedling stage.Salt contents of other periods were obviously depolymerized.In the CK treatment,the contents of Na+and Cl-and water-soluble salt showed the accumulation of bottom salt at various stages.The difference was that Na+had obvious salinity aggregation in the germination and seedling stage and maturation and harvest period.In addition,the accumulation of Cl-in the surface during trefoil stage and maturation and harvest period was significant.The phenomenon of salt table clustering of water-soluble salt was obvious in maturation and harvest period.The contents of Na+and Cl-and water-soluble salt in Polyacrylamide treatment were presented as"S"type during germination and seedling stage and trefoil stage,and began to end polygamy at elongation stage,surface salinity accumulation was more obvious at milk-ripe stage.However,the contents of Na+and water-soluble salt also had a more obvious phenomenon of tasseling and pollination period.The surface salinity accumulation of Cl-was more obvious at trefoil stage and maturation and harvest period.The dynamic changes of sodium adsorption ratio at different levels of treatment profiles were similar to those of salt.?3?Analysis of the relationship between soil salinity and soil moisture content,under the treatment of CK,Bamboo charcoal organic compound fertilizer and Bacteria organic compound fertilizer,there was a negative correlation between soil moisture content and soil salinity in 010cm and 5060cm soil layers as a whole.The relationship soil moisture content and soil salinity in 010cm soil layer treated with Polyacrylamide treatment was consistent with this,and the opposite was true for5060cm.There was a positive correlation between soil moisture content and soil salinity in 2030cm soil layer,and Bamboo charcoal organic compound fertilizer treatment was slightly different.The relationship between soil moisture content and soil salinity in 2030cm soil layer was divided into two stages.Before the elongation stage,there was a positive correlation between soil moisture content and soil salinity,and after the elongation stage,there was a negative correlation.The relationship between soil moisture content and soil salinity in 2030cm soil layer treated by Polyacrylamide treatment was similar.?4?From the study of the relationship between each ion and its influencing factors,it was concluded that under each treatment,Cl-content and Na+content and water-soluble salt content and electrical conductivity were significantly correlated.In addition,Mg2+content and Cl-content and water-soluble salt content and electrical conductivity were significantly correlated.Other indicators were irrelevant or of little relevant.SO42-content and Ca2+content and Mg2+content were significantly correlated,and both Ca2+content and Mg2+content were not correlated.There was a significant correlation between the K+content and the HCO3-and Na+content.There was no correlation between the HCO3-and Na+content.There was not relevant or irrelevant to other indicators.?5?Comprehensively investigated the effect of conditioners on the growth of corn,and the results showed that the conditioners had a poor effect on the early stage of plant height of maize,and had a good effect in the middle and late stages of maize growth.In particular,Bamboo charcoal organic compound fertilizer treatment had the best effect on plant height.The conditioners had a greater impact on the leaf area of corn in the early stage.In the later period,except Polyacrylamide treatment,other treatments had no effect on the leaf area of corn.Bamboo charcoal organic compound fertilizer and Polyacrylamide treatments had a great influence on the stem diameter of corn,and Bacteria organic compound fertilizer treatment had no effect on the stem diameter of corn.There was no significant impact on biomassof individual corn.The effect on 100-grain weight,grain number per panicle,and economic output had a great influence,and each treatment had a significant difference.Among them,the highest economic output was handled by Polyacrylamide treatment.
