Takes the delayed cultivation techniques to delay the mature period of waxberry for 13-20 d.Delayed cultivation waxberry output value per 667m~2 reached 47920 yuan,is 6.09 times that of open field cultivation,economic benefit are significant.But due to the delayed cultivation,the quality formation and regulation mechanism of waxberry are not clear.It is difficult to take targeted measures in cultivation,resulting in the quality decline of delay-cultivated waxberry.The study of waxberry fruit sugar accumulation characteristics can provide theoretical basis for high-quality cultivation of waxberry.This experiment takes delayed cultivation measure in the facility,such as laying silver black film and measure the facility,sugar content and sucrose metabolism related enzyme activity change in the waxberry cultivated in open field fruit maturity process;meanwhile,determine chlorophyll,anthocyanin and titratable acid content change in waxberry fruit.The test results show that Dongkui and Biqizhong begin to accumulate sugar content about60 d after bloom in the form of sucrose.In maturity,sucrose accounts for about 75%of the total sugar.The sugar content reaches the highest when the waxberry fruits ripe.And the open field is higher than the facility and Dongkui is higher than Biqizhong,but the sucrose content of facility Dongkui and facility Biqizhong have obvious decrease respectively about 100 d and 95 d after bloom.And the decline reaches 10.41%and 16%.At the same time,the Sucrose phosphate synthase activity also decreases obviously in the later period of delay and has a positive correlation with the accumulation of sucrose(r=0.925**;r=0.795**).Acid invertase and Neutral invertase activity rise in different degree in the late stage of delay.Acid invertase activity has a significant negative correlation with sucrose accumulation(r=-0.754**;r=-0.629**),and the Neutral invertase activity is negatively correlated(r=-0.767**;r=-0.763**).Sucrose metabolism related enzymes plays an important role in regulating the waxberry fruit sugar accumulation.The function of Sucrose phosphate synthase is the most critical.It can be speculated that decreased Sucrose phosphate synthase activity is the main cause of the obviously decreased waxberry fruit sugar contents at the late period of cultivation.
