The intensification of the global energy shortage makes it necessary for resource allocation to be continuously adjusted and optimized,with the aim of making available resources more efficient and producing higher output.In addition,with the rapid development of intelligent network control technology and microelectronic technology,the structure of traditional industrial control system has been changed.The requirements of low input and high yield make the agricultural greenhouse control system gradually change its thinking and adopt more intelligent control methods to achieve the purpose of energy conservation and efficiency.This topic to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of greenhouse intelligent control system at home and abroad,combining the problems existing in the application of the control system,designs a set of suitable for China’s agriculture greenhouse intelligent control system,the system has a high intelligent degree,small volume,extensible,low cost,etc.Firstly,the research significance and the current situation of greenhouse intelligent control system is introduced,the greenhouse intelligent control system research status at home and abroad were summarized,the intelligent control algorithm,the analysis of characteristics of environmental factors on the basis of the proposed system control requirements,the final from two aspects of hardware and software of greenhouse intelligent control system overall scheme is given.Secondly,greenhouse intelligent control system for the design scheme for the system hardware design,including from the hardware system design and host hardware system design,including the hardware system including the selection of the controller and the minimum system circuit design,the design of the sensor interface circuit,LCD interface circuit design,wireless data transceiver circuit design and so on several parts,the host is mainly a serial port communication circuit design and the design of wireless data transceiver circuit.Thirdly,considering system control requirements and greenhouse intelligent control system hardware,design the software part of the system,and focuses on the temperature and humidity control algorithm and the light intensity control algorithm of the composition and operation principle are introduced,and according to the characteristics of controlled object,respectively,the PID control algorithm to control light intensity,using linear since the immunity control algorithm to control the temperature,and presents two kinds of control algorithm of the digital form.Finally,the general hardware structure and software development of two parts,the further design of PC computer,based on the LabView programming technique realized the hypogyny machine system and PC system data interaction,and through the graphics,digital and curve will field,such as temperature,humidity,light intensity data display on the PC interface,and can through the PC interface to set the desired scale,achieved the purpose of remote monitoring,the system of low cost,strong practicability,high intelligent degree,with strong engineering practical value. |
