Beckmannia syzigachne is a common grass weed,suitable for water and wet,for the Yangtze River and Southwest rice and wheat rapeseed field of the main weeds,especially in low-lying,soil sticky plank damage serious.(ACCase),is the most commonly used herbicide for controlling grasses and other grasses,but after years of continuous application in Anhui,Jiangsu and other areas of fine evil The effect of the disease on the control and control of the wheat field was decreased.Methyldimuron-methyl is a major alternative to the control of fenoxaprop-resistant weeds.However,in some areas,weeds and other weeds were rapidly resistant to methyldimuron-methyl and showed more resistance to two different targets of herbicides,A major threat in wheat production.In this study,we studied the drug resistance level and the mechanism of drug resistance of fenbazolone and methyldimuron-methyl in Anhui and Jiangsu provinces.The results are summarized as follows:1.Through the determination of the resistance level of 17 different populations,it was found that 16 species collected from the field had different degrees of resistance to fenoxaprid and methyldimuron-methyl,The resistance of the population to the concentration of fenzolizine was 1.1 to 617.9,and the resistance to methyldimonosulfuron was between 1.9 and 42.9.2.The results showed that the amino acid codons of the 1781 amino acid codons of the JSDY-2 population of the resistant population were mutated from ATA to TTA,which resulted in the cloning of the ACCase CT region of different resistant populations.Ile isoleucine substituted for leucine Leu(Ile-1781-Leu);AHLJ-1 JSDY-1 populations 2027 of TGG codons and amino acids mutated to TGC,resulting in a cysteine substituted for tryptophan Trp Cys(Ip-2041-Asn);JSJT-1 population 2041 amino acid codon from ATT mutation to AAT,resulting in isoleucine Ile instead of asparagine(Ile-2041-Asn);JSJT-1 population 2078 amino acid code(Asp-2078-Gly);JSLY-1 population 2096 amino acid codon changed from GGC to GCC,resulting in glycine Gly substitution as alanine Ala(asp-2078-Gly)by GAT mutation to GGT,resulting in aspartate Asp substitution as glycine Gly(Asp-2078-gly-2096-Ala)of the measured three ALS gene and a resistant population susceptible colonies were amplified,sequenced and compared to the results show that compared with the susceptible population AHSX-1,resistant populations JSLY-1,JSDY-2,JSLS-1 and other three populations ALS gene by amino acid codon 197 mutation CCC CGC,guide Pro substitution of proline arginine Arg(Pro-197-Arg)3.Based on the sequencing of ACCase CT gene,the effects of Ile-1781-Leu,Trp-2027-Cys,Ile-2041-Asn,Asp-2078-Gly and Gly-2096-Ala on the ACCase allele were established.(D)CAPS analysis method.The mutations of ACCase gene in resistant populations such as JSDY-2,AHLJ-1,JSJR-1,JSJT-1 and JSLY-1 were detected by the constructed(d)CAPS analysis method.The results showed that ACCase Mutations were mutated.In summary,this study initially identified some areas of China's wheat field of grass on the fenzolizine and methyldimuron-methyl level of resistance level.The mutations of the target enzyme gene lead to the decrease of the susceptibility of the target enzyme to the herbicide.It is an important reason for the resistance of the herb to the resistance of the oxalic acid and methyldimuron-methyl.The ACCase and ALS mutations,Five kinds of(d)CAPS molecular marker methods were constructed.
