In this study,we conducted a cross-breeding experiment between Larimichthys polyactis and L.crocea.The main tasks were as follows:1.Comparison of embryonic development characteristics of Larimichthys polyactis,L.crocea and F1 hybrids;2.Study on the differences of F1 generation and parental patterns in hybrids of Larimichthys polyactis × L.crocea;3.Identification of F1 generations of hybrids of Larimichthys polyactis × L.crocea.The main experimental results are as follows:1.The Larimichthys polyactis and the L.crocea can cross successfully.Under the incubation conditions of 18.5? in the incubator,Larimichthys polyactis(?)× L.crocea(?)the embryo development time and hatching rate of F1 generation were similar.Larimichthys polyactis(?)× L.crocea(?)and L.crocea is similar to embryonic development time.The embryonic development can be divided into fertilized egg,cleavage stage,blastocyst stage,procaryintestinal stage,nerve embryo stage,heartbeat stage and membrane stage.The total effective accumulated temperature in embryonic development of Larimichthys polyactis(?)× L.crocea(?)was close to that of Larimichthys polyactis.It was significantly higher than the Larimichthys polyactis(?)× L.crocea(?)(987.00 ?·h),and the temperature of L.crocea is 904.50 ?·h).2.Larimichthys polyactis(?)× L.crocea(?)the number of gluteal fins and the number of scales above the measured line of F1 were between L.crocea and Larimichthys polyactis.The lower lip of hybrid F1 and Larimichthys polyactis was shorter than the upper lip but the relative length was different.L.crocea had a lower lip longer than the upper lip.The number of anal fin rays,scale lines,and tongue length can be used to distinguish between the three kinds of fish.There are differences in the branches of the swim bladder among the three species of fish: The morphology of swim bladder branch of F1 generation inherits the morphological characteristics of L.crocea and Larimichthys polyactis,but there are some differences.The swim bladder branch is divided into two branches,one of which is divided into two branches.The length of the two branches is not equal,and the degree of inequality is less than that of Larimichthys polyactis.The characters of F1 hybrids were between parents,but they were more inclined to female parents.3.Hybrid F1 generation,Larimichthys polyactis,L.crocea ploidy in the same range,are diploid.The microsatellite identification of the F1 generation produced by Larimichthys polyactis(?)× L.crocea(?).The results showed that all F1 generations had the same bands as Larimichthys polyactis and L.crocea.This indicates that the offspring produced by the Larimichthys polyactis(?)× L.crocea(?)inherited the nuclear DNA of both parents.They are hybrids produced by the sexual fusion of Larimichthys polyactis and L.crocea.
