To guide the production of wheat and to increase the efficiency of grain,studying the difference in nitrogen efficiency of wheat in low nitrogen environment,and screenning high efficiency varieties of nitrogen,and how to reveal the morphological and physiological characteristics of wheat nitrogen high efficiency varieties is important.On production of this research evaluating the utilization ratio of nitrogen fertilizer on wheat introduced.cultivation variety,and photosynthetic characteristics,SPAD and canopy temperature,leaf stomata micro morphological characteristics and the characteristics of the root system to absorb nitrogen,nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetase activity of physiological characteristics and nitrogen absorption dynamics research.The main results of this study are as follows:1.The nitrogen stress field experiment was carried out on 21 wheat varieties,and the wheat varieties with high nitrogen efficiency and low nitrogen efficiency were screened out according to the grain yield.Among them,the nitrogen high efficiency was' Bai Nong 419',' Luo Mai 956 ',' Zhou Mai 32',' Liang Xing 99 'and so on,and the varieties with low nitrogen utilization rate were' Bai Nong 418','Luo Han 6','Xi Nong 979',' Luo Mai 26 ','Ai Kang 58 ',' Zheng Mai 379 ' and so on.2.The absorption kinetics of "Luomai 956 'and low nitrogen low resistance 58"was carried out.The results showed that the root NO3-absorbability of Luomai 956'was stronger,and the NO3-absorption capacity of root system could be used as a reference index for screening nitrogen high efficiency varieties in low nitrogen environment.3.The results of physiological and biochemical studies showed that the photosynthetic capacity,canopy temperature,stomatal density and NO3-absorption capacity of wheat varieties with high nitrogen efficiency were superior to those of low nitrogen inefficient varieties.These indicators can be used to screen high-efficiency varieties of wheat nitrogen and provide scientific reference for reducing the amount of fertilizer and sustainable development of wheat production.Chlorophyll content,root NH4+ uptake capacity,stomatal length and leaf nitrogen assimilase activity were not the key factors affecting the nitrogen efficiency of wheat.
