Lactation is the physiological process of ruminant priority.When a certain essential amino acid is in the first restricted amino acid of lactation,the essential amino acid has the highest conversion efficiency.The essential amino acid ratio of the small intestine digestible essential amino acids for lactation was calculated by measuring the maximum lactation conversion efficiency and the essential amino acid composition in the milk protein.The ratio of the "ideal amino acid ratio" for lactation was set as Leu:Ile:Lys:Val:Phe:Arg:Thr:His:Met:Trp= 20:14:12:9:12:8:6:3.The ratio of essential amino acids in casein was set as the control group.According to the essential amino acids in the body oxidation and mammary gland absorption and secretion ratio can be divided into class?and?class amino acids,the treatment group is the "ideal amino acid ratio" in the class?amino acid ratio increased by10%,the ratio of Leu:Ile:Lys:Val:Phe:Arg:Thr:His:Met:Trp=21:15:13:9: 11:12:8:7:2.In the treatment group,the ratio of class a amino acids in the "ideal amino acid ratio" was increased by 10%,the ratio was Leu:Ile:Lys:Val:Phe:Arg:Thr: His:Met:Trp=20:14:12:9:12:12:8:6:3:3.Using the method of "true stomach perfusion nutrient solution" and "arteriovenous poor technique",it was verified that the essential amino acid ratio of small intestine digestion was "ideal amino acid ratio" for lactation.This test selected 4 non-pregnancy laoshan milk goat as experimental animals,which were similar in terms of good body condition,milk production(1.10±0.02kg),body weight(45.0 ± 0.5kg)and age,installing the permanent true fistula,making surgery to fix the same side of the carotid artery to the subcutaneous.Using 4×4 Latin square test design,the basic dietary metabolism to meet the lactation milk goat maintenance and lactation of 80%,digestible crude protein to meet the lactating milk goat maintenance and lactation 60%.20%of the metabolic energy and 40% of the digestible crude protein were obtained by the real stomach perfusion glucose and amino acid mixture.Through the CNCPS model,this test calculated the essential amino acids in the diet and the perfusion essential amino acids to make the composition ratio of the essential amino acids in the small intestine be consistent with that of the control and the treated groups and to study the effects of different proportionsof essential amino acids on milk production and amino acid metabolism of lactating goats.The results showed that:(1)the "ideal amino acid ratio" of the small intestine digestible EAA for lactation calculated by the maximum lactation conversion efficiency,Leu:Ile:Lys:Val:Phe:Arg:Thr:His:Met:Trp=20: 14 : 12: 9: 12: 12: 8: 6: 3: 3.The results showed that the difference between the milk yield and the milk protein rate was not significant,and it was reasonable to calculate the "ideal amino acid ratio" for lactation.The results showed that the milk yield and milk protein rate of each treatment were statistically analyzed by the 4×4 Latin square test.Still need to conduct in-depth study.The EAA ratio of the treatment group was analyzed by the blood flow and milk lipid ratio data of the treated mammary gland tissue.The EAA ratio of the treatment group was Leu::Ile:Lys:Val:Phe:Arg:Thr:His:Met:Trp = 21: 15: 13 : 9: 11: 12: 8: 7: 2: 3,compared with other treated EAA ratio,can reduce milk milk milk protein and mammary gland tissue blood flow.(2)The concentration of free amino acids in the venous blood of lactating goats was stronger than that of arterial free amino acids,and the mammary gland tissue had the ability of regulating and maintaining stability in amino acid absorption.Through the treatment of small intestine digestible EAA lactation conversion rate and the treatment group of amino acid clearance rate analysis,if the treatment group three Met to improve the appropriate ratio,treatment group three mammary gland tissue lactation synthesis effect may be better.The ratio of essential amino acids in treatment group III decreased the lipoprotein rate and mammary gland tissue blood flow in milk milk compared with other treatments.This study enriched the different proportions of small intestine digestible essential amino acids on the synthesis of milk protein in mammary gland mammary gland and the amino acid metabolism of mammary gland tissue.
