Getting insights into the effects of insecticide sublethal impact on enemy insects not only benefit the conservation and utilization of enemy insects, but also benefit the integration of both chemical control and biological control into the system of Integrated Pest Management. In this study, the toxicity of three kinds of pesticides, including acetamiprid, midacloprid and Beta cypermethrin,on the adults of Sclerodermus guani and the sublethal effects of these pesticides on the parasitoid S.guani reproduction and development were studied under laboratory conditions. The results showed that:1.Toxic regression equations of acetamiprid, midacloprid and Beta cypermethrin were Y=5.40158X+0.2246,Y=5.6983X-0.9769 and Y=2.6981X+1.1081,respectively;Values of LC500 concentration were 7.8024 mg/L,11.0958 mg/L and 27.2357 mg/L;Additional,values of LC100 concentration were 4.5153 mg/L,6.5989 mg/L and 9.2872mg/L,respectively.2.After treated by sublethal concentration of LC100 with three kinds of pesticides, including acetamiprid, midacloprid and Beta cypermethrin,?1?parasitism rate of foundress and the first generation female S.guani were significantly decreased;?2?Handling time and pre-oviposition duration of foundress S.guani were significantly prolonged;?3?Fecundity of foundress S.guani was significantly decreased, and fecundity of female parasitoid from the first generation was also significantly decreased by acetamiprid and midacloprid, however,Beta cypermethrin had no significant impact on fecundity of female parasitoid from the first generation;?4?Survival rate of female parasitoid from the first generation was also significantly decreased by three kinds pesiticides;?5?Developmental period of eggs from the first generation was significantly prolonged by acetamiprid and midacloprid, and moreover, pupae developmental period and total developmental period of offspring from the first generation was significantly prolonged by acetamiprid.
