Peste des petits ruminants(PPR)is a highly contagious disease, which seriously threats the safe of domestic or wild small ruminants.PPR is a foreign animal disease needed to be prevented. At present, inoculation of PPR vaccine is the main way to prevent the infection of PPR.In order to know the clinical immune effect of peste des petits ruminants vaccine 75/1 strains in the goat, this paper carry out the vaccine test respectively in Zhangjiajie and Changde area during the period of 2015 to 2016.To analyse the peste des petits ruminants vaccine's immune safety, growth and decline of the antibody titer and the immune antibody duration, this study selected 35 three-month-old lambs in Zhangjiajie in 2015,among them it set 25 lambs immunized 1 head of vaccine,5 lambs immunized 10 head of vaccine,5 lambs didn't immunized as control groups. After immunization,it collected serum and eye swab, nasal swabs and anal swab from lambs in different time.It used C-ELISA to detect antibody level in the serum, and used real time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR to detect virus nucleic acid level of peste des petits ruminants in the swabs. Results showed that: There was no side reaction occurred among all experimental animals including the goat immuned with 1 head and 10 head, and no vaccine virus was detected.7 days after immunization, the group antibody quality immunization rate was 92%,14 days and 360 days after immunization, the group antibody quality immunization rates were both 100%.The control group antibody level results showed negative. In order to further analysis the production, and the growth and decline of maternal antibody for peste des petits ruminants, and the duration of maternal antibody for peste des petits ruminants and the immune effect for peste des petits ruminants maternal antibody to vaccine immunization,it selected 34 ewes and their 52 for study in Changde in 2016.Before the test,it collected serum and eye swabs, asal swabs and anal swabs from ewes and lambs.A part of lambs immunized with 1 head of vaccine and then serum was collected from these lambs in different time.Similarly,it used C-ELISA and real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR respectively to detect the antibody level in the serum and virus nucleic acid in the swabs. Results showed that: Lambs which were born to antibody positive ewes were detected maternal antibody 2h after injesting colostrum, the maternal antibody positive rate was 100%;at 25 days of age, maternal antibody positive rate was 100%;at 54 days of age and 71 days of age, maternal antibody positive rate was falling to 83.33%;at 92 days of age, maternal antibody positive rate was falling to 41.67%.In addition, immunized lambs whose maternal antibody were positive at 50 days of age,95.24% of lambs antibody detection results was always positive. The experiment results showed that: peste des petits ruminants vaccine has reliable safety and clinical immune effects. The vaccine produce antibodies quickly, and the antibody duration last more than 12 months.Lamb can acquire maternal antibody by ewe's colostrum which contains peste des petits ruminants antibody, and the duration for maternal antibody last more than 25 days, furthermore, the interference effect for maternal antibody of vaccine immune is not obvious,it will not affect the normal vaccine immunization.
