Soil moisture is the material basis for the survival of soil organisms and terrestrial plants.It is also a key parameter in the fields of atmosphere,hydrology and soil ecosystem.Therefore,the accurate acquisition of soil moisture data has always been a hot research topic in this field.With the rapid development of science and technology,the way of soil moisture acquisition is constantly updated,but it is still mainly based on artificial monitoring.This monitoring method is difficult to obtain accurate macro spatial distribution information of soil moisture in a large range in a certain time because of the low density of funds and other problems,and it is based on optical remote sensing.The feature space can be used to solve the above problems by downscaling the microwave remote sensing.In view of the instability of the soil moisture model based on the temperature vegetation index feature space,this paper evaluates the accuracy of the soil moisture data and the satellite soil moisture data from the site,and studies the application of the model.The specific research content and results are as follows.(1)Model assessment based on site observation of soil moisture dataThe ENVI software was used to preprocess the Landsat-8 satellite image.The data of vegetation index,surface albedo and surface temperature were solved by IDL programming,and the relationship model was constructed based on the data of the solution and the soil moisture data of the ground station with the same UT time.The experimental results show that the average correlation coefficient of this model can reach 0.75,which is reliable.(2)Model assessment based on satellite soil moisture data.In view of the shortage of existing soil moisture testing sites,the soil water relationship model was constructed by introducing MSG image data within different time ranges,and the model was evaluated.The experimental results show that it is highly reliable to construct the relational model using 10:00-14:00 time frame.(3)Application of the model in validation of microwave soil moisture products.SPSS software,C++ and VS2010 platform are used to verify and evaluate the soil moisture data with three different methods of different dates of the same grid,different grids on the same date,and the water value of the station in the same network.The results show that the correlation of soil moisture relationship model to the soil moisture data of AMSR2 is superior to the traditional method.The validation method of the soil water relationship model is reliable.
