| Based on major mariculture fish sea bass(Lateolabrax japonicus)as experimental object,the initial weight(116.13 + 0.14 g),in the fish meal feed as the control group,with soybean protein concentrate,Soy protein concentrate)instead of fish meal,made 6 kinds of protein such as nitrogen,etc to the different gradient of feed,replace fish meal levels were 20%,40%,60%,80%,100% and 100% + crystalline amino acid Methionine(DL-Methionine),a total of seven experimental group,in indoor water system for 9 weeks of feeding growing experiment,the soybean protein concentrate,(Soy protein concentrate,SPC)to replace fish meal of sea bass growth,immunity and the influence of intestinal flora.The main research content is as follows:1、The growth,with fish meal soy protein concentrate ratio rise,weight gain rate gradually decreased,after replace more than 40%,the experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05);Feed coefficient increased,replace more than 60%,the feed coefficient increased significantly(P < 0.05);Protein efficiency gradually decline,replacement ratio is higher than 40% decreased significantly(P < 0.05).2、Intestinal digestive enzymes: with the increase of the proportion of fish meal,soy protein concentrated compared with control group,experimental group gamma GT activity increased,100% replacement group activity,the biggest is significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05);Amylase activity decrease after rising first,40% and 60% in the group activity,replacement ratio more than 20% and the control group significant difference(P < 0.05);Trypsin activity reduced first increases,and were significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05),20%,40% active minimum;Lipase activity decrease after rising first,60%,80% replacement group significantly greater than the control group(P < 0.05).3、Serum immune index: as fish meal soy protein concentrate ratio gradually increased,the total protein content is reduced after rising first,80% than the control group significant difference(P < 0.05);SOD activity reduced rise first,20%,80%,SPC replacement group and the control group had no significant difference(P > 0.05),add the methionine activity is significantly higher than control group(P < 0.05);AKP gradually decline,were significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05),after adding methionine enzyme activity and 100% to 60%.80 alternative group no significant difference;LZM activity gradually decline,significantly lower than control group(P < 0.05),100% replacement group add after methionine enzyme activity and the control group no significant difference(P > 0.05);4、Soy protein concentrate fishmeal have influence on the structure of intestinal flora of sea bass,with the increase of alternative than,sea bass gut microbial diversity decrease after rising first,experimental sea bass intestinal bacillus content increases,tiny bacteria levels drop,gas content of bacterium,gradually increasing with the increase of alternative than added exogenous methionine is disappearing bacterium. |
