| As a kind of good wild grape germplasm resources and widely distributed in our country,Vitis davidii Fo?x,has excellent character in the fresh food,wine and high resistance.Identifying the resistance of Vitis davidii Fo?x and breeding resistant varieties is important to breeding and improve the resistant varieties of vitis,also significant to promote the healthy development of the local characteristics of grapes and its industry.This article summarizes the research progress of those diseases,such as downy mildew,gray mold,white rot,and ripe rot,from characteristics,spread,life cycle,infected site of those diseases.Combined with planting situations of Vitis davidii Fo?x and the development of grape industry at present in China,it is necessary to improve the situations of grape industry through taking full advantage of wild grape resources and identifying the resistance of Vitis davidii Fo?x.Through the inoculation identification in vitro,the investigation of infection severity to fungal diseases in field,observation infected site by fluorescence microscope,mutation breeding by EMS and identification the resistance of seedling,we obtained the following results:(1)Experimental Vitis davidii Fo?x germplasm resources were infected by downy mildew.The investigative results in field have revealed that Ziqiu is high susceptible to downy mildew,and the others are susceptible.The disease index is higher at inoculation in vitro,while Mi is always the lowest.The experimental results have indicated that Vitis davidii Fo?x is resistant to grape ripe rot,susceptible to gray mold and white rot.It is less observed susceptible gray mold and white rot in field,should be related to the field conditions,the numbers of bacteria and the plant resistance.(2)The optimum combinations of EMS concentration and treatment duration was 0.8%(v/v),2h.The different concentration of sporangium suspension of downy mildew be used to inoculate seedlings,which found that the seedling is susceptible equal to or higher than 2×10~4 per milliliter.A resistant seedling was found by identification of the seedlings to downy mildew in vitro. |
