This study was conducted using the drunk horse grass seeds collected from Xiahe,Gansu province and the drunk horse grass planted in the greenhouse of Yuzhong.We studyed the effects of thiophanate methyl on seed borne endophyte of A.inebrians,we also researched the effects of interaction of endophyte and Blumeria graminis on the A.inebrians in the different water conditions.The main results were as follows:?1?Set five concentration gradients?100/200/400/600/800 times?and 5 soaking times?2/4/6/8/10 h?,we found that the treatment of 100 dilution multiple of thiophanate methyl and soak seeds for 2 hours had the 100%bactericidal rates.The seedlings,germination rate,seedling length,root length and seedlings fresh weight were not affted.Therefore,the seeds soaked for two hours with 100 dilution multiple thiophanate methyl was the best way of eliminating the endophyte in A.inebrians seeds.?2?Set four water conditions?15%,30%,45%and 60%relative water content?,when naturally occurring powdery mildew,we surveyed powdery mildew in E+and E-of A.inebrians plants.The results showed that the plant height,tiller number,photosynthesis,chlorophyll content,fresh weight and dry weight content of E+plants were higher than the E-plants in 15%-60%relative water conditions,but the incidence,disease severity and disease index of E+plants were lower than the E-plants in 15%-60%relative moisture conditions.?3?Set four water conditions?15%,30%,45%and 60%relative water content?,when artificial inoculation with powdery mildew,we did disease investigation and measured the plant growth index of E+and E-plants inoculation with powdery mildew,and we observed the A.inebrians leaves inoculation with powdery mildew by the scanning electron microscope.The results showed that E+plants index such as the disease severity,incidence and the disease index were lower than the E-plants index.The plant height,tiller number,photo,intercellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate,chlorophyll content,fresh weight and dry weight content of inoculated with powdery mildew plants were lower than non-inoculated with powdery mildew plants in 15%-60%relative water conditions.Under the different water conditions,compared with the E+and E-leaves of the inoculated disease,the number of E-leaf intruded nail in the same magnification and the same field of vision was more than the number of E+leaf invading nails.?4?This study was first demonstration the effects of water sress and natural occurrence and inoculation of powdery mildew on alkaloids and hormone content of drunken horse grass.The results showed that natural occurrence of powdery mildew and water stress to E+plants of ergonovine,peramine,lolitrem B and ergine content had a good effect.The inoculation with powdery mildew and water sress had the significant effect?P<0.05?on ergot,lolitrem B and peramine alkaloids content in15%-60%relative water conditions.The inoculation with powdery mildew or non-inoculation with powdery mildew and water stress had significant effects?P<0.05?on plant jasmonic acid,salicylic acid and fatty acid content in 15%-60%relative moisture conditions.
