In order to increase the yield and quality of Forsythia suspensa in Shangluo area,increase the utilization rate of fertilizers,and simplify the fertilization process of Forsythia suspensa,this study used laboratory-controlled slow-release fertilizers to study the growth,yield and active ingredients of Forsythia suspensa under field conditions.The spatial variation analysis of soil nutrients in the Forsythia suspensa growing area was carried out,aiming at proposing special slow-release fertilizers suitable for the Forsythia suspensa area.The study draws the following conclusions:1.Spatial analysis of soil nutrient characteristics in the research area was conducted using GIS technology and geostatistical principles,and soil nutrient status in the Forsythia suspense area was analyzed.From soil nutrient analysis tests,it was concluded that soil pH in the Forsythia suspensa planting area was neutral,On the whole,organic matter was relatively lacking.In particular,the content of organic matter in the southeast region is lacking;the soil nitrogen content gradually decreases from north to south,and the soil nitrogen content in the southeast is relatively lacking;the available phosphorus is normal,and the soil available phosphorus shows a decreasing trend from west to east.The trend from south to north showed an increasing trend;the content of available potassium was abundant,and the soil available potassium showed an increasing trend from west to east and from south to north;the available iron was rich in soil,and the effective manganese,effective copper,and effective zinc were at normal levels.The effective boron is at a relatively low level.2.The SPAD value of leaves of Forsythia suspense for different slow-release fertilizers was significantly higher than that of the blank control.Sulfur-coated urea,sulphur-urea+dicyandiamide+hydroquinone treatment increased the production by 55% and 45%,respectively,compared with the application of urea.The contents of forsythin and forsythiaside A under different slow-release nitrogen treatments were significantly higher than those in the blank.The content of forsythin in urea plus dicyandiamide treatment was the highest,which was 1.59 times that of the blank control.Studies have shown that the application of special slow-release fertilizer compared with common special fertilizer can significantly increase production,to a certain extent,increase the content of active components of Forsythia suspense,sulphur-coated urea,sulphur-coated urea + dicyandiamide + hydroquinone these two special slow release fertilizer has the most significant effect.
