With the deterioration of the ecological environment and the continuous depletion of water resources,the shortage of water resources has become a more and more serious worldwide problem,which has a particularly serious impact on the growth of forest trees.The effective integration and utilization of existing water resources and the completion of tree cultivation on the basis of not being imbalanced,especially for effective restoration and reconstruction of vegetation in arid and semi-arid regions of China,are urgently needed to be solved.Due to the serious shortage of water resources in arid and semi-arid regions and the difficulty in ensuring the survival rate and conservation rate of afforestation by conventional afforestation techniques,this study selected four tree species,Apricot,Platycladus orientalis,Pinus tabulaeformis,and Torchwood,which are commonly used for afforestation.Research materials,using mineral water bottles as water storage equipment,produced a simple and effective water and water storage container for forest trees,and carried out biomass and stress physiological indicators such as seedling height and ground diameter after water conservation and water conservation using the container.The measurement proves that the container has the effect of saving water and water.The specific findings are as follows:1.Developed a simple and effective water-saving and water-saving container,and established a corresponding water-saving and water-saving technology.Select the 550 ml mineral water bottle that has been used,no damage,no water leakage and bottle cap as the container,pierce the hole in the top right of the bottle of mineral water,add a fixed amount of water to the bottle,the hole of the root hole is facing upwards,planting When placed flat on the bottom of the planting pot,select the strong lateral root of the seedlings to insert into the bottle from the root hole and pot planting.2.With the water-saving and water-saving containers planted seedlings,the biomass growth rate showed a significant increase compared with the control.The growth rate of seedling height and ground diameter after bottle film treatment was the most obvious.The growth rate of seedlings after bottle treatment was the second highest,and the seedling height and ground diameter growth rate of treated seedlings were significantly better than the untreated control.The reason is that bottle treatment and bottle film treatment have better water retention.3.The seedlings treated with bottle film at the same time compared with seedlings treated only with film coating,the water consumption was small,and the water transpiration rate was reduced.The seedlings that used the water storage container were more water-retained,and the survival rate was higher after drought stress.4.The soluble protein content in the membrane treatment,bottle treatment and bottle film treatment are higher than the untreated seedlings,and the content increased sequentially.The soluble protein content of the seedlings treated at the same time is the highest.The contents of POD in Apricot,Platycladus orientalis and Pinus tabulaeformis were decreasedafter membrane treatment,bottle treatment and bottle film treatment.The POD content of Torch tree was significantly increased after bottle film treatment.The content of Pro showed a downward trend in Apricot and Pinus tabulaeformis that had been treated with membrane treatment,bottle treatment and membrane bottle treatment simultaneously,while Platycladus orientalis and Torch tree showed an upward trend.The content of MDA showed a downward trend in the apricot and pine that had been treated with membrane treatment,bottle treatment and film bottle,while the oriental arborvitae and Chinese pine showed a significant upward trend,indicating the use of self-made water storage containers for seedling planting.Combined coating treatment has a certain physiological basis for drought and water saving.
