Thearrangement parameters of subsoilers have a great influence on soil operation effects and resistance energy consumption.This paper aimed at the diversified layout of subsoilers and the lack of research on the micro-mechanism of the pitcher arrangement.Through the combination of discrete element simulation analysis,digital soil tank testingand field experiments,the effects of the dislocation arrangement of subsoiler on soil disturbance were studied and analyzed.Providing decision basis for optimizing the layout.(1)Measurement of Soil Physical Parameters and Establishment of Related Boundary Models.The physical parameters such as density,moisture content,texture,shear strength and other physical parameters of the soil were obtained through the drying method,rapid shear test,and sieving According to the national standard,the corresponding soil parameters and contact parameters were set to establish the soil particle boundary model and The subsoilers model provided the basis for the establishment of a discrete element simulation model.(2)A comparative study on simulation and test of dislocation arrangement and arrangement of subsoilers.With the use of discrete element simulation analysis software,it hadcompared and analyzed the dislocation process and the soil disturbance process,soil disturbance volume,and disturbance speed during the deep loose operation under the same arrangement.The simulation results were verified by the soil bin test with the soil disturbance coefficient,soil bulkiness,specific gravity ratio,and pile-up angle before shovel.The results showed that the dislocation of the subsoilers can fully release the disturbance of the soil,avoid invalid cancellation of the spade area,reduce the soil accumulation during cultivation,reduce the tillage resistance,and improve the operation results.(3)Effect of displacement of subsoilers which was varietied on the arrangement intransverse and longitudinal distance on soil disturbance.Discrete element simulation method was used to dispose the variation law of soil volume and movement speed between dislocation of subsoilers with changes in transverse and longitudinal spade distances,and identify the influence of shovel pitch change on soil disturbance between shovels.The results showed that with the increase of the lateral spade,the disturbing amount of the soil between the shovels gradually decreased,the moving speed in the X direction and the Y direction gradually decreased,and the moving speed in the Z direction gradually increased.With the increase of the longitudinal subsoiler tine spacing,the disturbance amount of soil and the movement velocity in X direction firstly increased and then decreased,and the Y direction and Z direction movement first decreased and then increased.(4)The prefer of dislocation on the arrangement of subsoiling tine.In order to analyze the effect of the change of tine space on the tillage effect.Thoroughly test on thesubsoilers with different transverse and longitudinal space arrangement through field trials andoptimize the shovels layout plan.Detecting the tillage resistance during cultivation and the disturbance profile after cultivation,it was found that: With the increase of lateral distance,the soil disturbed area gradually becomes larger,and the tillage resistance decreases first and then increases.With the increase of the longitudinal sdistance,the soil disturbance area has little difference,and the tillage resistance decreases first and then increases.When the lateral and longitudinal spacing distances are arranged at about 35 cm and 30 cm,the specific resistance of tillage is the minimum.
