| Objective:To analyse and explore the influence of self-management intervention to quality of life in patients with COPD, in the future in the clinical treatment and nursing of respiratory provide certain theoretical basis. Methods:To choose Henan Province Chest Hospital from October 2013 to March 2014 were in a stable condition can be discharged, or in the outpatient clinic of 90 COPD patients as the research object, approved by the hospital ethics committee, made the patient and family to agree to conditions, its average can be divided into intervention group and control group,45 cases in each group. During the study way of implementing self-management intervention in the intervention group of patients; The control group patients take routine nursing intervention methods. After intervention for 3 months and 6 months, respectively, on the st. Joe respiratory questionnaire and dyspnea scale is used to the quality of life of patients. Meanwhile, the nursing staff to detailed records of two groups of patients with emergency number, hospitalization days and the number of actual hospital.Result:In the different methods of intervention for 3 months, the results are as follows: (1) to observe the patients quality of life of dimension score less than the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05), suggesting to observe the patient’s quality of life activities better than the control group; (2) two sets of the patient’s quality of life, affect the dimension and the overall score differences had no statistical significance (P> 0.05); (3) dyspnea scale is used to measure the two groups of patients with dyspnea, two groups of patients with dyspnea condition difference is not significant (P> 0.05);. When using different methods of intervention after six months, the results are as follows:(1) the patient’s quality of life situation, the intervention group activity dimensions and total score compared with the control group, with significant reduction, the results statistically significant difference (P< 0.05), the intervention group’s quality of life and the overall situation is better than the control group; (2) dyspnea scale is used to measure the two groups of patients with dyspnea, two groups of patients with dyspnea condition difference have statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion:For patients with COPD, adopt the method of self-management intervention can effectively enhance the quality of life, and can improve the patient’s breathing difficulties, for the future provide certain theoretical basis for treatment and nursing of patients, has significant clinical significance, is worth popularization and application in the future. |
