ObjectivesTo develop strong scientific, objective, systematic and operational evaluation index system,,use this system in PCI for AMI to assess the risk of reperfusion arrhythmia.MethodsAfter researching literatures, theoretical analysis, questionnaires about reperfusion arrhythmia for acute myocardial infarction in percutaneous coronary intervention was set up. Expert interview and Delphi method were conducted to build the system of reperfusion arrhythmia for acute myocardial infarction in percutaneous coronary intervention; an AHP(analytical hierarchy process) method was used to calculate the weights of indexes; the coefficient of experts, authority coefficient of statistical indicators were calculated to measure the reliability of Delphi method.ResultsThe recovery rates of the two rounds of consultation questionnaires are as follows, 86% and 95%, respectively. The experts’ coordinated coefficients are as follows, the first round is 0.21, the second is 0.23. After two-rounds consultation,3 first-level factors,7 second-level factors and 23 third-level factors were set of in risk assessment system for AMI. The consistency coefficient was 0.67 and Cronbanch’s α was 0.79ConclusionThere are 33-item in 3 different levels of risk assessment system of reperfusion arrhythmia for AMI. The specialists reached a common agreement. The results are reliable and provide qualified evidence for risk assessment.
