Intracranial aneurysm means intracranial artery due to abnormal many series of factors in the vascular wall. Aneurysm good hair age is generally 40 to 60 years old, women slightly more than men, Have highly disability and death disease in the cerebrovascular. The anterior communicating aneurysm have highest incidence rate of intracranial aneurysm which about 30%; So the clinical of the aneurysm patients in early diagnosis, treatment becomes more and more critical; Objective: Curative effect evaluation, the traditional clipping operation in the treatment of ACoAA complications and prognostic factors for evaluation and analysis. Methods: 42 cases were collected from 2012 September to 2015 January in the The first people's Hospital of Yunnan province,Department of Neurosurgery, According to the imaging data of patients with "anterior communicating aneurysm" admitted in hospital, Treatment process and traditional clipping surgery for aneurysm patients were retrospectively analyzed by logistic analysis.Use The modified Rankin scale, the imaging data review, The aneurysm rebleeding rate, postoperative complications and age to assess the clipping operation of intracranial aneurysm treatment, and statistical data on the multi factors regression analysis by SPSS soft analysis. Results: all 42 patients were discharged, using the modified Rankin scale to compare outcomes, good prognosis score 0?2,3?5 of poor prognosis score or death. The use of statistical regression analysis showed that Hunt- Hess grade effect on the prognosis of P< 0.05 (P=0.017), preoperative aneurysm ruptured have effect on the prognosis of P< 0.05 (P=0.048), Intraoperative aneurysm rupture have effect on the prognosis of P< 0.05 (P=0.039), postoperative cerebral vasospasm and postoperative complications on prognosis of patients with P< 0.01,The age effect on the prognosis of patients have postoperative value, P>0.05 (P=0.801).Conclusion:the overall trend of prognosis in the clinical,The early operation has a better effective than advanced operation; In early operation case subgroup of aneurysm patients with subgroup analysis of prognosis of patients in operation within 24?48 hours after the SAH are better effects than24 hours and 48?72 hours patients prognosis; Aneurysm in the event of SAH after admission in patients with vasospasm stage (6?10 days) in the operation of patients overall prognosis effect than the early and late operation operation; compared with unruptured aneurysms patients and ruptured patients overall operation effect and prognosis are better; In the intraoperative unbleeding patients the overall prognosis are better than bleeding aneurysm patients; The prognosis of patients with no serious complications after operation patients are better than more severe complications patients, With no significant differences between the overall prognosis of non elderly patients after operation.
