Observation The Effect Of Shen Qi Decoction Combined With Tacrolimus In The Treatment Of Spleen And Kindey Deficiency Type ?-? Membranous Nephropathy

Object To observe the efficacy and safety of Shenqi decoction combined with immunosuppressant tacrolimus treatment of nephrotic syndrome pathology belong to?-? of membranous nephropathy.MethodMethod Selected met the inclusion criteria of clinical manifestations of nephrotic syndrome, spleen and kidney deficiency kidney patients 60 cases which were nephrotic syndrome?-?of membranous nephropathy.For nephrotic syndrome?-?of membranous nephropathy, Chinese medicine is spleen and kidney deficiency type patients given tacrolimus and Shenqi decoction,controls given tacrolimus lonely. Patients were observed in patients 24 hours proteinuria, serum albumin,kidney function, liver function, the glomerular filtration rate, blood sugar, blood lipids,and to monitor tacrolimus concentrations and other changes in the Division.Observe the efficacy and safety of Shenqi decoction combined with immunosuppressive tacrolimus.Result The total efficiency of Shenqi decoction combined with tacrolimus in spleen and kindey deficiency nephrotic syndrome ?- ? of membranous nephropathy was 89.29%,and the total efficiency of controls was 73.08%.The effective rate of the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).In symptom scores, the treatment group and the control group was significantly lower in symptom scores after treatment than those before treatment(P<0.01), and symptom scores and significantly improve the treatment group than the control group(P<0.01). In 24-hour urinary protein excretion, the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05). In tacrolimus blood concentration(P<0.01),the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.01).The liver function, kidney function, blood glucose were not abnormal.Conclusion1.The clinical efficacy and the improvement of TCM symptom of Shenqi decoction combined with tacrolimus group was higher than the control group.2.The 24-hour urinary protein excretion and blood lipids of Shenqi decoction combined with tacrolimus group was better than the control group.3.Shenqi decoction combined with tacrolimus group was safer.Tacrolimus blood concentration of treatment group was better than the control group.
