The Application Research Of "Double Track Model" In Psychosomatic Disease Department

Objective:To explore the clinical application efficiency of double track model (somatotherpy+systematic integration psychotherapy) to depression in psychosomatic diseases ward, finally to optimize and standardize the double track model, while if the treatment model to be applied, it will shorten the inpatient span, improve the treatement effect, reduce the recurrence opportunity, then save medical resources, improve the compliance of treatment, increase the efficient usage of family support system, and eventually the model can be applied around the country.Methods:Prospective cohort study was utilized in our study.60 patients in first-episode depression according to the international classification of diseases and related health problem (ICD-10) diagnostic criteria from August 2013 to February 2014 in psychosomatic diseases department were involved in, they were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group by admition time.Both groups were prescribed somatotherpy medication such as SSRIs etc. in the control group, Besides the somatotherpy, supportive psychotherapy, relaxation therapy and physical therapy are applied, while in the treatment group, formulated personalization and rehabilitation treatment by this basis from the patients’ mental characteristics of individual, growing environment, family and interpersonal relationship, support system and so on the various psychological assessment.The treatment group were assigned for family therapy twice, cognitive behavioral intervention therapy 5 times, pure cognitive therapy twice in outpatient center, dynamic psychological and cognitive therapy 7 times. In total the treatment period was 12 weeks.Results:The symptoms of SCL-90 of two groups decreased significantly (P< 0.05), and the score of social support rating scale improved significantly (P< 0.05) before treatment; After 12 weeks the score of symptoms of SCL-90 in treatment group are applicable was significantly higer than the control group (P< 0.05).The scores of social support rating scale in the treatment group were higher than in the control group (P< 0.05), in addition the more SCL-90 scores were reduced, the higer the social support rating scale.Conclusion:The psychosomatic application of double-track treatment model can effectively alleviate the depression symptoms, and while systematic integration psychological treatment with the social support system, which include objective support, subjective support, the supportive treatment increased significantly. Through psychology double-track treatment, the adherence of patients were increased significantly, which can, shorten the treatment span, reduce recurrence, increased the medical resources exploitation, lead patients go back to the family, the utility of social support increased significantly. Finally achieve more social resources to facilitate the rehabilitation of psychosomatic disease.
