| Objective:This study was that,we chose premenopausal patients who were from our hospital Obstetrics and Gynecology department and did total hysterectomy for uterine benign lesions.We resorted to a remedy for these patients and the drug was named Bao Qing granular,which was our hospital preparation.It could nourish kidney and relieve uneasiness of mind and body tranquilization.Form this study we observed whether Bao Qing granular formulation was in favour of ovarian function and judged the efficacy and security for the symptoms of the menopausal transition after total hysterectomy.In order to explore an effctive method for delaying premature ovarian and alleviating premenopausal symptoms,so as to improve the health level of patients after hysterectomy.Methods:This topic adopted the method of randomized controlled study.Selected from June 2014 to July 2015 admitted to our hospital for uterine benign lesion underwent total abdominal hysterectomy in line with the inclusion criteria diagnostic and criteria in premenopausal patients with 70 cases.Using the randomized method(random number table)divided into control group and experimental group of 35 cases.Two groups of patients with preoperative reproductive hormones in the follicular phase of luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were in normal range.The operations were performed in the follicular phase of the menstrual cycle.The hysterectomy surgeries were completed by our department with qualified doctors.The operations were successful and patients did not appear severe complications after hysterectomy.The experimental group on the third postoperative day(after anal exhaust)began to take Baoqing granules.One bag every time,three times a day,and the withdrawal of seven days for a period of treatment,insisting on taking three months.Then,we observed the control group with blank control for three months.At last,We monitored the two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative three months of serum luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E2)and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),levels and improved Kupperman score and record the occurrence of adverse events.Results: One case of the experimental group of thirty-five cases was lost to non-completion of treatment,so thirty-four cases were actually observed and the course of treatment was three months.The control group of thirty-five cases in three cases were lost,so we actually observed thirty-two cases for three months.(1)The reproductive hormone level:Three months after hysterectomy,the control group the level of FSH was significantly higher than that before operation,a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the levels of LH increased slightly,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The levels of E2 decreased slightly,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Three months after hysterectomy,the serum level of FSH in the experimental group was lower than control group,the difference had statistical significance(P < 0.05),the experimental group the serum level of LH was slightly lower than that of control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).Serum E2 level of experimental group was slightly higher than that of control group,but the difference was not was statistically significant(P > 0.05).(2)improved Kupperman score:three months after hysterectomy,the control group in the Kupperman score higher than that before operation,there were significant differences(P<0.05).The experimental group three months improved Kupperman score lower than the control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05).(3)there were no adverse reactions during the experimental group patients taking Baoqing granules.Conclusion:(1)premenopausal patients did total hysterectomy may affect ovarian function,three months after hysterectomy may occur ovarian function decline,different degrees of perimenopausal symptoms and the patient after hysterectomy.(2)Baoqing granular in a certain extent of postoperative patients with ovarian reproductive hormone secretion improved,and relieve the postoperative patients of premenopausal symptoms and the drug may on ovarian function has a protective effect,delay the decline and improve the quality of life of patients.(3)Preparation of traditional Chinese medicine Bao Qing granule is safe and effective in the treatment,the drug in delaying hysterectomy postoperative ovarian function decline of the effect in clinical further promotion. |
