The saying goes," A side water and soil raises a side people ". people live in different regions, they form different lifestyle of diet habits and exercise habits. The climate was significant difference in the north and south in our country, which resulted in different living habits and different chronic diseases. In order to study the correlation between lifestyle and chronic diseases in the elderly. The study chose the elderly, from the Xiang Fang District of Harbin in Heilongjiang Province, as research object, through literature research and questionnaire investigation, there was a certain correlation between the elderly lifestyle in this area and the prevalence of brain vascular disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and joint system diseases, etc.The article researched the elderly in the Xiang Fang district of Harbin, a total of 967 people, they were over 60 years old, and it was basis on geography of health, social medicine and health management, the questionnaire used interview method, literature research, logical analysis, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics to investigate research object lifestyle and four types of disease. There were the following three aspects of the specific contents in the paper: firstly, a comprehensive understanding of the elderly lifestyle in the Xiang Fang district of Harbin, to come to the conclusion of lifestyle of the elderly in the Xiang Fang district of Harbin in the status of four types of disease; Secondly, to investigate the elderly in the Xiang Fang district of Harbin, mainly including brain vascular disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and joint system diseases; Finally, it put forward some countermeasures for the rationality to reduce the risk of four types of disease according to the results of the study.
