| Objective: Through the observation of health moxibustion on blood lipids, the changes of blood rheology and platelet derived growth factor BB in patients with hyperlipidemia, this article is to explore the mechanism of health moxibustion in treating hyperlipidemia and protecting vascular endothelial cells. It will provide experimental basis for the clinical use of moxibustion to early intervene the treatment of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease caused by hyperlipidemia. It will also provide new methods and ideas for Chinese medicine in primary and secondary prevention of ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods: Divide 60 patients randomly into moxibustion group and simvastatin group according to different treatment methods, the patients in moxibustion group are to be given health moxibustion at "Zusanli", "Zhongwan", "Fenglong" for 4 weeks, 1 time a day, 30 minutes each time; patients in simvastatin group are to be given oral simvastatin tablets for 4 weeks, 10mg/q N. Fasting blood is to be taken before and after treatment in both groups. the blood lipid, hemorheology, PDGF-BB level are to be detected, and statistical analysis is to be performed. The lipid analysis indicators include: TG, TC, LDL-C and HDL-C. The blood rheology indexes include: whole blood viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, hematocrit, plasma viscosity and red cell maximum aggregation index. Results: 1)compared with before treatment, the moxibustion group and simvastatin group in serum TC and TG levels were significantly lower(P<0.01), lower the level of LDL-C(P<0.05). The blood rheological indexes in whole blood viscosity, whole blood low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, red cell maximum aggregation index and PDGF-BB levels were lower, and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.01, P < 0.05). 2)the moxibustion group and simvastatin group in regulating blood lipid, blood rheology and PDGF-BB levels between the two groups were compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Health moxibustion in "Zusanli", "Zhongwan", "Fenglong" can effectively reduce TC, TG, LDL-C levels of high-fat hyperlipidemia patients, and it is of good lipid-lowering effect. While regulating lipid metabolism, health care moxibustion can also reduce the level of whole blood viscosity, whole blood high and low viscosity, plasma viscosity, red cell maximum aggregation index and improve the level of blood rheology. In addition, the moxibustion can effectively reduce the level of DGF-BB and have an inhibitory effect on the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells and vascular smooth muscle cells. So it can effectively reduce the probability of arterial stenosis in patients with hyperlipidemia. The results will provide a reliable experimental basis for clinical moxibustion use in early treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases caused by hyperlipidemia. |
