| In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s social and economic development, the rhythm of people’s life is getting faster and faster, the pressure of life in all aspects is also growing, cardiovascular disease has become the number one enemy of our citizens. Understanding regional differences in cardiovascular disease, establishing prevention model of cardiovascular disease, to take appropriate preventive measures as soon as possible. This thesis is based on the structural equation model, according to the hospital physical examination questionnaire data, to do a comparative analysis of the data from the north and south of the cardiovascular health and comprehensive analysis of structural equation model,the research contents and results are as follows:(1) Based on the data collected from 13 hospitals, the comparative analysis of the data from the north and the south is done. From the overall data, in terms of body mass index and blood pressure, the southern population is better than the north, women are better than men. However, body mass index and blood pressure are the key factors that influence the obesity and cardiovascular health. But the blood glucose level in the south is not as good as that in the north, southern population is more likely to suffer from diabetes.(2) A clustering approach is used to comprehensive represent the cardiovascular health status. First, cardiovascular status is divided into three small abstract concepts, blood pressure, blood lipids, blood glucose, and then according to the corresponding index to cluster. Blood pressure includes systolic pressure and diastolic pressure, Blood lipids include total cholesterol, triglycerides, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein, blood sugar is its own. Then the results of the three clustering are combined with the structural equation to consider the cardiovascular health.(3) Combined with the questionnaire data and physical examination data to construct the structural equation together. In the questionnaire data to choose the daily life of the work and diet which are easily overlooked, and then considering their effects on cardiovascular health. The path coefficient of the work situation is-0.41, the more time to stay at home with no working, the more the person’s cardiovascular state will be in a worse state, to maintain the normal work of the five day system can make the cardiovascular in an ideal state. The path coefficient of the diet is0.36, the more the regular diet can make the cardiovascular in an ideal state. As 0.41>0.36, relative to the diet, five days of normal regular work can better maintain cardiovascular health, the combination of the two is the best choice to make the cardiovascular in the ideal state. |
