Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is a serious threat to people health of common diseases. the anterior wall infarction impatient more than other types.PCI as a treatment method for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction, with less trauma, high safety, efficacy, how to evaluate the effect of patients after PCI has very important significance. Cardiac ultrasound technology is currently the most widely used in clinical detection of ventricular function technology, which has been recognized by clinician consensus with noninvasive, cheap, low requirement to the patients, high accuracy, etc. Mitral valve ring the movement displacement measurement (TMAD) is a new method to measure cardiac function indexes based on spot tracking technology, using the method of semi-automatic tracking disc ring relative to the method of left ventricular apex, which has good time resolution, compensate for the limitations of traditional methods, and high sensitivity to detect ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease early damage. Objective Evaluation of mitral valve ring displacement technique in patients with acute anterior wall myocardial infarction PCI surgery to assess the diagnostic value of left ventricular systolic function.Materials and Methods In this study, Thirty-two patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing coronary intervention surgery and Thirty-two 32 patients with the same disease of coronary heart disease were enrolled during June 2013 to June 2014 in Huainan the first people’s hospital, Preoperative patients with PCI group respectively within 1 week, after two months, and the control group are conducted by using Simpson, to measure the left ventricular ejection fraction LVEF,Choose four cavity heart apex, heart and left for two cavity axis two cavity, application machine comes with software Qlab 6.0 software organization mitral valve ring displacement measurement (TMAD) and mitral annulus systolic peak displacement (Ds) measurement, and correlation studies. Using SPSS 16.0 statistical software analysis of TMAD PCI AMI patients before and after operation and the Ds data, to evaluate the changes of left ventricular systolic function, at the same time, application of Person linear correlation to verify TMAD and Ds data correlations with LVEF, and draw a scatter diagram.Results1. AMI before the surgery group compared with control group SBP, DBP, p<0.05, difference was statistically significant; FBG gender and age comparison p> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant; AIM surgery AIM group LVEF after surgery group compared with the results improved, but p> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant; post-surgery group LVESV AIM group improved compared with before surgery, p<0.05,difference was statistically significant.2. AMIgroup before surgery, after surgery TMAD parameters between groups after TMAD AMI surgery group was significantly higher than that before surgery parameters, especially the more obvious TMADmidpt%, p<0.01 difference was statistically significant.3. AMI group before surgery Ds and Ds data comparison AIM surgery group improved significantly, P<0.05 difference was statistically significant; Ds parameter before AMI surgery group than in the control group was significantly reduced mitral annulus Ds, p <0.01 difference was statistically significant significance.4. AMI treatment TMAD parameters and LVEF were significant positive correlations, AMI surgical mitral valve ring 6 loci average Ds and LVEF was a positive correlation (p 0.000).Conclusions TMAD technology evaluation of acute anterior wall impatient infarction of left ventricular systolic function in patients with PCI surgery changes the Simpson method of left ventricular ejection fraction is more sensitive.
