Exploration On The Governance Rules Of Turbid-Toxin Syndrome In Erosive Gastritis Based On The Theory Of Prescriptions And Syndrome Corresponding

Part One : Clinical study of prescriptions corresponding theory of removing turbidities and detoxication method based on the treatment of Erosive Gastritis.Objectives: Study of the relationship between the removing turbidities and detoxication prescription and the Chronic Erosive Gastritis internal accumulation of turbid-toxin,to improve the clinical curative effect of Erosive Gastritis.Methods:1)174 patients of Erosive Gastritis were divided into three groups: the coordination of formula and pattern theory group(64),the group of the same formula but different patterns(63),and the same pathogenesis but different formulas group(47).The first two groups take the prescription of removing turbidities and detoxication;the latter group takes the heat-clearing and dampness-resolving prescription.2)Three months of clinical observation as a course of treatment.Comparison of the three groups of treatment efficacy after two treatments.Results:1)Changes of TCM syndromes: the coordination of formula and pattern theory group was 89.06%,the total efficiency of the same pathogenesis but different formula group was 68.09%,and the group of the same formula but different patterns was 77.78%.The coordination group was significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the other two groups(P>0.05).2)Mucosal changes under endoscopy: the coordination of formula and pattern theory group was 96.88%,the total efficiency of the same pathogenesis but different formulas group was 59.57%,and the group of the same formula but different patterns was 80.95%.The coordination group was significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the other two groups(P>0.05).3)Changes of intestinal metaplasia: the coordination of formula and pattern theory group was 81.25%,the total efficiency of the same pathogenesis but different formulas group was 57.45%,and the group of the same formula but different patterns was 63.49%.The coordination group was significantly higher than the other two groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the other two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:1)There are corresponding relationship between removing turbidities and detoxication prescription and Erosive Gastritis internal accumulation of turbid-toxin.2)The symptoms of Erosive Gastritis internal accumulation of turbid-toxin and gastric mucosa have significantly improved by removing turbidities and detoxication prescription.Part Two:Study on the Medication rules of removing gastritis internal accumulation of turbid-toxin.Objectives: Using frequency analysis and cluster analysis method,through the retrospective study of clinical cases,to investigate the traditional Chinese medicine used of Chronic Erosive Gastritis internal accumulation of turbid-toxin.Methods:1)300 cases of Erosive Gastritis patients with turbid-toxin were collected in the department of digestive of Hebei General Hospital of Chinese Medicine.2)Statistics of patients with general information,clinical symptoms and TCM prescription.Frequency in 30 times(including 30 times)more than the traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and analyzed of removing gastritis internal accumulation of turbid-toxin.Results: 52 herbs were reported having the frequency of more than 30,and they could be viewed as core herbs concerning the treatment of CEG with the pattern of internal accumulation of turbid-toxin.Five prescriptions were found by 52 herbs.Conclusions:Using cluster analysis method objectively reveals the Chronic Erosive Gastritis internal accumulation of turbid-toxin laws of medicine application.
