Qishenhuanwu Capsules Intelligent Impairment In Patients With Early Vascular Dementia Degree And The Lipid Metabolic Disorders Affect Clinical Research

Objective Observe Qishenhuanwu capsule intelligent impairment in patients with early vascular dementia degree and the lipid metabolic disorder?Method A total of 100 cases of emerging VD patients 3 to 24 months after cerebral apoplexy were admitted in Hebei Cangzhou Combined Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital from September 2013 to September 2015.The patients diagnosis referred to the diagnostic criteria for vascular dementia in the fourth edition of The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders(DSM-?)officially launched by the World Health Organization(WHO),and light to medium dementia degrees were chosen.These 100 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,50 cases in each group respectively.In-depth treatment study was carried out based on the same basic treatment.The treatment group received oral administration of Qishenhuanwu capsules(Formerly known as: Shennao capsule,Ji Yao Zhi Zi Z20050798),4 capsules every time,and 3 times a day,taking 12 weeks.The control group took capsules made of Piracetam for 12 weeks.Before and after treatment,the patients were tested by the mini–mental state examination(MMSE),Activities of Daily Living Inventory(ADL),and the Blessed Behavior Scale(BBS)to detect mental impairment degree and behavioral competence.Furthermore,before and after treatment,and high density lipoprotein(HDL)in serum,low density lipoprotein(LDL)and apolipoprotein apoA,apoB were measured,compared and analyzed to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Results:1 Two groups of patients before treatment of MMSE,ADL,BBS,and serum high density lipoprotein(HDL),low density lipoprotein(LDL),and apolipoprotein apoA,apoB baseline comparison with no statistical significance(P > 0.05).2 MMSE score in both groups after treatment than before treatment were significantly increased(P < 0.05),after treatment the treatment group patients' MMSE score significantly higher than the control group,the result are statistically significant(P < 0.05).3 BBS score in both groups after treatment than before treatment were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),after treatment the treatment group patients' BBS score significantly lower than the control group,the result are statistically significant(P < 0.05).4 ADL scores in both groups after treatment than before treatment were significantly decreased(P < 0.05),after treatment the treatment group patients' ADL score significantly lower than the control group,the result are statistically significant(P < 0.05).5 Two groups of patients after treatment of LDL,apoB value was reduced to some extent,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.05);Treatment group after treatment in patients with LDL,apoB value was obviously lower than those in control group,the result are statistically significant(P < 0.05).6 Two groups of patients after treatment of HDL,apoA value was all have different degree of increase,the difference statistically significant(P < 0.05);Treatment group after treatment in patients with HDL,apoA value was obviously higher than those in control group,the result are statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1 Through treatment,two groups of patients with MMSE score increased significantly,The treatment group patients was significantly higher than that of control group.So that Qishenhuanwu capsules effect is significantly higher than Piracetam,effectively improve the intelligence level of the patients.2 Through treatment,two groups of patients with BBS score significantly lower score,The treatment group patients' BBS scroe was obviously lower than those in control group.So that Qishenhuanwu capsules effect is significantly higher than Piracetam,effectively improve the ability of the patient's behavior.3 Through treatment,two groups of patients with ADL score significantly lower score,The treatment group patients' ADL was obviously lower than those in control group.So that Qishenhuanwu capsules effect is significantly higher than Piracetam,effectively improve the activities of daily life abilities.4 Through treatment,two groups of patients of LDL,apoB value was reduced to some extent,the value of the treatment group after treatment in patients with more obvious than the control group.So that Qishenhuanwu capsules by lowering LDL,apoB in patients with value in patients with lipid metabolism abnormal,and the Piracetam in this aspect function is not obvious.5 Through treatment,two groups of patients of HDL,apoA value was increased to some extent,the value of the treatment group after treatment in patients with more obvious than the control group.So that Qishenhuanwu capsules can be elevated in patients with HDL,apo A values to adjust the lipid metabolic disorder of patients,and the Piracetam in this aspect function is not obvious.
