| Objective: Examined the effects different methods in perianal necrotizing fasciitis surgery wound to the degree of pain,rotten meat off time,granulation growth,the wound healing rate and the wound healing time,wound healing rate,the total curative effect and relapse rate were observed indicators,to consider traditional medicine in the anus the clinical efficacy of necrotizing fasciitis wounds after weeks of recovery.Method: The 60 patients eligibled for perianal necrotizing fasciitis,were randomly divided into A,B,Cthree groups.Group A was 22 cases,group B was 20 cases and group C was 18 cases.After inspection,the comparisons between the three groups in gender,age,the course of the disease and wound area(P>0.05)had no statistical differences.Patients in group A received the treatment of 1:5000 liquid potassium permanganate sitz bath combined conventional dressing therapy after surgery;Patients in group B received the treatment of tong yang xiao lotion bath(huangbai15g,kushen15 g,qinjiao15g,fangfeng15 g,mangxiao15g,chuanjiao15 g,danggui15g,minfan15 g,xixin10g)combined conventional dressing therapy after surgery;Patients in group C received the treatment of oraling traditional Chinese medicine(lianqiao25g,huangqin15 g,danggui12g,chishao12 g,taoren15g,chaihu10 g,mudanpi12g,shengdi15 g,niuxi12g,Chuanshanjia15 g,tianhuafen30g,zexie15 g,jiaosanxian30g,gancao10g)and tong yang xiao lotion hip bath combined conventional dressing therapy after surgery.The clinical efficacy of the three group was observed,mainly from rotting flesh off time,wound healing time and symptom score,the pain degree,granulation growth,wound healing rate and the recurrence rate three months after treatment.1 There groups of pain score comparison:There was no statistical differences(P>0.05)among the three groups of integral comparison.The three groups of integral Comparision(P>0.05)in 10 days after treatment and 20 days after treatment had statistical differences.Compared group A and group C(P<0.05),there was significant differences.the same to compared group B with group C.Compared with group A and group B(P<0.05)there was no statistical differencs.Three groups compared with each other(P<0.05)had significant differencs in 30 days after treatment.The comparisons within each group: The sympom score of the three groups in before treatment were compared with 3 months after treatment(p<0.05)there are significant differences.2 Granulation growth comparison:There was no statistical differences(P>0.05)among the three groups of integral comparison.The three groups of integral Comparision(P>0.05)was no statistical differencs in 10 days after treatment.There was statistical significant in the Comparisions with each other among the three groups(P<0.05)in 20 and 30 days after treatment.The comparison within each group: The sympom score of the three groups in before treatment and 3 months after treatment were compared(p<0.05)they had significant difference.3 Three groups of rotting flesh time:The comparison within each group(P<0.05),had significant difference.4 Wound healing time:The comparison within each group(P<0.05),had significant difference.5 Wound healing rate:There was no statistical difference(P>0.05)among the three groups of wound area comparison before treatment.The Comparisions among three groups in 10 days after treatment(P>0.05),there was no significant differencs.The comparisons among three groups in 20 days after treatment(P<0.05)had significant difference.The same to 30 days after treatment.6 The total curative sffect: Results:In group A,the number of clinical recovery was 1 cases,markedly efficiency was 9 cases,efficiency was 10 cases,invalid was 2 case,the total effective rate of group A was 90.91%.In group B,the number of clinical recovery was 3 cases,markedly efficiency was 15 cases,efficiency was 2 cases,invalid was 0 case,the total effective rate of group B was 100%.In group C,the number of clinical recovery was 9cases,markedly efficiency was 9case,efficiency was 0 case,invalid was 0 case,the total effective rate of group C was 100%.The comparison within each group(P<0.05),had significant difference.7 Postoperative recurrence rate comparison:the comparison of recurence rate within each group(P<0.05),had significant difference.Conclusion:1 The treatment of oraling Toudushengji soup and the tongyangxiao lotion hip bath combined conventional dressing therapy after surgery is better able to alleviate the pain of postoperative.The difference is not obvious between tong yang xiao lotion bath bath combined conventional dressing therapy after surgery and 1:5000 liquid potassium permanganate sitz bath in the short-term(10 days after treatment and 20 days after treatment).2 The long-term(20 days after treatment and 30 days after treatment)efficacy of the treatment of oraling Toudushengji soup and the tongyangxiao lotion hip bath combined dressing therapy after surgery in patients with granulation growth and wound healing rate is obviously,can promote wound healing.3 The treatment of oraling Toudushengji soup and the tongyangxiao lotion hip bath combined conventional dressing therapy after surgery can better reduce rotten meat off time,accelerate wound healing and increase the rate of wound healing. |
