Objective:By study of the influence of psycho-social factors on the development of female psoriasis,this research focus on clinical psychological intervention to strengthening the importance of mental health,broaden the new ideas to the treatment of psoriasis to improve women' health.Methods: This is a case-control study.Select female psoriasis outpatient and inpatient in Hebei Chinese Medicine Hospital dermatology clinic during March 2015-December 2015.Normal healthy women after examination during the same period were also included as control group from medical center.There were general information questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ),Symptom Checklist(SCL-90),Life Event Scale(LES)and psoriasis knowledge questionnaire to be distributed to subject of both study groups.After complication of questionnaires,data was collated and entered into the database for analysis.SPSS13.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results:1 There was no difference between age,marital status,menstrual pattern and diet pattern between case and control group(P>0.05).There is a significant difference between the two groups on the in the place of residence and educational level(P < 0.05).Therefore,women from cold and dry region,education level below junior high school are prone to psoriasis.2 In the family situation,the growing environment and academic achievement had no difference between the two groups(P>0.05);In the lifestyle,the sleep interest rates,the wages,economic pressure,the learning pressure and competitive pressure had significant differences(P<0.05).These illustrate that the the lifestyle,irregular sleep pattern,lower wages,higher pressure women were prone to psoriasis and had high risk of occurrence of psoriasis.3 There was no difference between the 2 groups in the aspect of personality type(P>0.05).In the spirit of quality and the neurotic,there are significant differences(P<0.05)between the two groups.Emotionally unstable,stubborn and eccentric women have the great chance of developing psoriasis.4 There were no significant difference between the two groups in somatization,phobia,paranoid,psychotic(P>0.05).Whereas there was a significant difference between the two groups in interpersonal sensitivity,the obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression,anxiety,hostility(P<0.05).Weak self-control,emotional fragility,depression and inferiority were strong factors predisposing of women developing psoriasis.5 There were differences between the two groups amount of negative life events and the total amount of emergency stimulus(P<0.05).Women suffering from sudden stress,such as emergency stimulus and negative life events stimulating could be easily get psoriasis.6 Correct answer rate of psoriasis disease related knowledge questionnaire of case group was significantly higher than the control group.This indicated that the general population were lack of psoriasis knowledge and appropriate social support given was not enough.Conclusion:1 There is a close relationship between the occurrence and development of psoriasis and the social psychological factors.2 Living in cold dry environment,lower educational level,lifestyle,irregular sleep pattern,lower wages,higher economic pressure,higher learning pressure,higher competitive pressure were related to women' psoriasis.3 Eccentric personality,anxiety,low self-esteem,poor communication,poor stress,emotional instability,irritability,impulsiveness and other unhealthy psychological performance were predisposing factor for women psoriasis.4 Social support should be strengthened for female patients with psoriasis care and social support and give guidance to actively prevent psychological disorders and improve women' health care.
