| Objective To discuss the Impact of the Odds sphincter relaxation on the recurrence of intrahepatic bile duct stone.and the efficazy analysis with different operation methods.Methods The clinical data of 54 patients with intrahepatic bile duct stone who received operation at our hospital from January 2007 to February 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,including 33 cases without the Odds sphincter relaxation(A group)and 21 cases with the Odds sphincter relaxation(B group),B group were divided into two groups:patients with choledochojejunostomy(B1 group)and patients without choledochojejunostomy(B2 group).Discussing the recurring rate of calculus compared with A group and B group and the efficazy analysis with different operation methods between B1 group and B2 group.Results The recurring rate of calculus of B group was obvious higher than that in A group(p<0.05),and The recurring rate of calculus of B2 group was obvious higher than that in B1 group(p < 0.05).Conclusion Choledochojejunostomy was helpul to the patients with intrahepatic bile duct stone and Odds sphincter relaxation,it can reduce the recurring rate of calculus and the remaining rate of calculus,it is worth popularizing in clinical work. |
