Spine And Pelvic To Leveraging Operation Correctional Spasm Cerebral Palsy Children With Obliquity Of Pelvis Clinical Research

Objective: To study the clinical effect of spinal pelvic balance technique in treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:Collected in In February 2015 to In August 2015 in charity branch clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi College of traditional Chinese medicine with 60 cases of pelvic tilt of children with spastic cerebral palsy,using a completely randomized grouping method will be incorporated into the cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.All the subjects were randomly divided into rehabilitation group and with spine pelvis regulating operation and rehabilitation training in the treatment group of 30 cases.The treatment group of 30 cases,22 cases were male,8 were female;the age is 3 years old to 6years old in 16 cases,7~10 14 cases;the double paralysis in 11 cases,18 cases of hemiplegia,three limb paralysis in 1 cases.The control group of 30 cases,20 cases were male,10 were female;the age is 3 years old to 6 years old in 15 cases,7~10 15 cases;the double paralysis in 10 cases,19 cases of hemiplegia,three limb paralysis in 1 cases.The two groups were treated with rehabilitation training,the observation group treated with pelvic and spinal balance operation,5 times a week,3 months and 1 courses.Of before treatment and after treatment 1 course respectively with iliac crest height difference,muscle tension,gross motor function measure table(gmfm-66 and revised Ashworth)quantity of spasticity grade table to evaluate the curative effect.Collect data,and then through the SPSS18.0 software for statisticalanalysis,and finally make a further analysis and draw the conclusion.Results: Comparison of children with GMFM-66 score increased in two groups before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<O.01).In the observation group after treatment GMFM-66 score,gross motor function,improve the effect of modified Ashworth spasticity graded in comparison with the control group,the difference was also statistically significant(P<0.05).To improve the efficiency of pelvic tilt after treatment between the two groups,there were significant differences in P<0.01,affecting the spine pelvis tiaoheng surgery treatment group on cerebral palsy children with pelvic tilt is better than simple rehabilitation training group.Conclusions:(1)by the subject to observe the clinical curative effect of before and after the treatment were compared after found: spine pelvis balancing operation for the improvement of children with spastic cerebral palsy of the pelvis inclination,reduce muscle tension and relieve muscle spasm,has a certain therapeutic effect,two methods in the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee has certain curative effect.(2)the pelvic and spinal balance of spastic cerebral palsy patients treated with pelvic tilt symptoms than the single rehabilitation treatment has a better curative effect.
