| Objective:To evaluate the Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder’s clinical efficacy and safety by observing the influence of Chronic tension-type headache(Fire Derived from Stagnation of Liver-QI Type)’s clinical symptom integral and TCM symptom integral.Methods:Study selected 64 cases’ outpatients of the Yulin City Hospital of TCM in line with the western medicine diagnosis of chronic tension-type headache(CTTH),TCM diagnosis of Headache(Fire Derived from Stagnation of Liver-QI Type).Patients were grouped with completely random number table method equally.The control group used simple western medicine(amitriptyline hydrochloride tablets),and the treatment group used the Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder combined with the drugs of the control group.Two groups of patients were taking 8 weeks in a row,for a period of treatment.Respectively observing the change of CTTH integral,TCM symptom integral and safety indicators of the two groups before and after treatment.The obtained datas used SPSS statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:(1)CTTH curative effect:Treatment group’s total effective rate was 93.33%,the control group’s total effective rate was 80%.There are significant difference between the two groups of curative effect(P<0.05).(2)TCM curative effect:Treatment group’s total effective rate was 90%,the control group’s total effective rate was 80%.There are significant difference between the two groups of curative effect(P<0.01).(3)CTTH integral:Compared with the control group,the treatment group’s CTTH total integral and total integral difference value had very significant difference(P<0.01).All the indicators’ integral of control group had significant difference before and after the treatment(P<0.01),and compared with the control group,the intensity integral,time integral,frequence integral was statistically significant(P< 0.05),and with symptoms have no obvious difference(P>0.05)after treatment.(4)TCM symptoms integral: Compared with control group,the TCM symptoms integral and TCM symptoms integral difference value of treatment group have significant difference after treatment(P<0.05).(5)Security analysis: before and after treatment,all of the patients’ the blood routine,liver and kidney function,ECG,were no obvious changes,and didn’t appear obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:(1)The treatment of Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder for CTTH(Fire Derived from Stagnation of Liver-QI Type)’s TCM and WM clinical symptoms eased significantly better than control group,with good clinical therapeutic effect.(2)The treatment of Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder for CTTH(Fire Derived from Stagnation of Liver-QI Type)haven’t appeared obvious adverse reactions and side effects,and have good safety. |
