The Correlation Research On The Type 1 HRS With Levels Of TNF-?, Ang ? And Endotoxin In CLF Patients

ObjectiveTo explore the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-?), angiotensin?(Ang?) and endotoxin and analyze the relationship between TNF-?, Ang? and endotoxin with type 1 hepatorenal syndrome(1 HRS) in chronic liver failure(CLF) patients. MethodsWe selected 30 cases CLF patients as CLF group and 30 cases CLF combined 1 HRS as CLF+HRS group among patients seeing doctor in our hospital after June 2014. Then, they filled clinical cases observation table and drawed the peripheral blood. Meanwhile, the content of serum TNF-?, Ang?, endotoxin and clinical biochemical indexes would be detected. Compare two groups patients' serum TNF?, Ang ?, endotoxin level, and analyze the correlation with serum Screatinine(Scr), Endogenous creatinine clearance rate(Ccr), and explore the dependency of TNF?, Ang ?endotoxin with the type? HRS. ResultsThe levels of serum TNF-?, Ang?, endotoxin in CLF + HRS group was higher than CLF group(P<0.05), and there was a positively relation between the TNF-?, Ang ?, endotoxin level and Scr level in two group(P<0.05). There was a negatively relation between TNF?, Ang ?, endotoxin level and Ccr level in two group(P<0.05). Conclusion1 There was a positively correlation between TNF-?, Ang ? and endotoxin levels with TBIL in CLF combined 1 HRS, and negatively correlated with PTA.2 There was a positively correlation between TNF-?, Ang ? and endotoxin levels with Scr in CLF combined 1 HRS patients, and negatively correlated with Ccr.3 TNF-?, Ang ? and endotoxin levels are closely related to patients with CLF combined 1 HRS.
