Objective: Objective: This thesis has provided basis for ILD prevention and early diagnosis of CTD patients by analyzing the clinical data of rheumatoid arthritis and sj?gren syndrome patients, and exploring the correlation between the pathogenesy of CTD-ILD and some clinical data, such as gender, age and various biochemical indices of patients. Methods: This thesis retrospectively analyzed related factors of lesion of ILD and various biochemical indices of 281 rheumatoid arthritis and 102 sj?gren syndrome patients in the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology of First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from January 1st,2014 to January 1st,2016.The clinical data were calculated and analyzed with SPSS 17.0 statistical software by using Fisher exact probability,T-test and Kruskal-Wallis rank sum test.Results:1.Among the 281 RA patients(59 males and 222 females,M:F=1:3.76),the prevalence rate of ILD was 19.57%,among the 102 SS patients(5 males and 97 females,M:F=1:19.4),the prevalence rate of ILD was 16.67%;2.Compared to non-ILD patients,ILD patients had higher prevalence rate in age,the proportions of males and smokers in RA(P<0.05),while ILD patients had higherprevalence rate in age,the proportion of males than non-ILD patients in SS(P<0.05);3.There were no significant differences of AST and ALT levels between ILD and non-ILD patients in RA and SS(P>0.05);4.Compared to non-ILD patients,ILD patients had higher BUA levels in both RA and SS(P<0.05);RA-ILD patients also had higher SCr level and urine protein positive proportion than RA-non ILD patients(P<0.05);5.RA-ILD patients had lower levels of C3(P<0.05)but not C4(P>0.05)than RA-non ILD patients;while there were no significant differences of C3 and C4 between SS-ILD and SS-non ILD patients;Compared to non-ILD patients,ILD patients had higher levels of Ig A,Ig G and Ig M in RA(P<0.05)but not in SS(P>0.05);6.Compared to non-ILD patients,ILD patients had higher levels of ESR in both RA and SS(P<0.05);RA-ILD patients also had higher levels of CRP,CCP,RF and ds-DNA than RA-non ILD patients(P<0.05);7.The prevalence of ILD in RA patients was related to the high levels of RNP,SSA,SSB,Ro-52 and ACA(P<0.05),while it was not related to the levels of ANA or Jo-1(P>0.05);the prevalence of ILD in SS patients was related to the high levels of RNP and Jo-1(P<0.05),while it was not related to the levels of ANA,SSA,SSB,Ro-52 or ACA(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The prevalence rate of ILD in RA patients was 19.57%,while the prevalence rate of ILD in SS patients was 16.67%;2.In RA patients, the senile, male, and smoking patients were more facility to be associated with ILD,while the prevalence of ILD was not apparently related to smoking in SS patients;3.RA-ILD patients were more likely to be associated with renal function damagement, which showed high levels of BUA,SCr and urinary proteins, while the differences were not apparent in SS patients;4.The RA patients with higher disease activity levels were more likely to be associated with ILD,while the onset of ILD in SS patients were related with higher levels of ESR,RNP and Jo-1...
