The Clinical Significance Of CK20,CD105 And CD146 In Peripheral Blood From Patients With Transitional Cell Carcinoma Of The Bladder

Objective:Detect the expression of serum tumor markers CK20,CD105,and CD146 in peripheral blood of patients with bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC),discuss the value of CK20,CD 105,and CD 146 as micro-metastasis markers for BTCC.Method:Use flow cytometry detect the expression of CK20 and CD105/CD146 in peripheral blood of 50 cases of BTCC patients and 30 healthy volunteers.Analyze positive rate of CK20 and CD105/CD146 in peripheral blood of patients with BTCC;the relationship between CK20?CD105/CD146 and clinicopathological parameters;the correlation of CK20 and CD105/CD146 express in peripheral blood in BTCC;the significance of combined detection of CK20 and CD 105/CD 146 compared with the single detection.Result:1.The positive rate of CK20 in the experimental group was 28.0%(14/50),the positive rate of CD 105/CD 146 in the experimental group was 48.0%(24/50).2.The positive rate of CK20 and CD 105/CD 146 in 50 cases of BTCC correlate with stage,histological grade,distant metastasis,tumor diameter,tumor volume(P<0.05),but with no correlation to sex and age(P>0.05).3.The expression of CK20 in peripheral blood correlate with the expression of CD 105/CD 146 in BTCC(X2=4.276,r=0.281,P<0.05).4.Combined detection compared to individual detection of CK20,the positive rate increased,the difference was statistically significant(P = 0.005);the positive rate of combined detection compared to individual detection of CD 105/CD 146 was no significant difference(P = 0.423),but the numerical value is still increasing.Conclusion;1.These markers of CK20 and CD105/CD146 for the detection of micrometastasis of BTCC was with high sensitivity.2.CK20 and CD 105/CD 146 participate in the metastasis of BTCC.3.CK20 and CD105/CD146 can be used as the biological indicators of early diagnosis,early treatment and prognosis judgment of micro-metastasis of BTCC.Compared to individual detection,the combined detection was with high sensitivity.
