To Analysis The Curative Effects Of JuZao Wan With TURP Treatment In Patients With Bladder Outlet Obstruction Included By Advanced Prostate Cancer

Objective: To evaluate the effects of Ju Zao Wan with TURP treatment in patients with bladder outlet obstruction included by advanced prostate cancerMethods: In 63 patients with advanced prostate cancer were divided into observation group(32 cases) and control group(31 cases).All of them were under combined TURP and postoperative day one oral bicalutamide 50 mg/d, on the basis of the observation group in the control group take Ju Zao Wan 30 g points three times after meals, both continuous administration for six months. Observation two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative and 6 months after treatment serum prostate specific antigen(PSA), bladder residual urine(RU), the international prostate symptom score(IPSS score) and endocrine treatment side effects.Results: Postoperative 1 week and review of the two groups of patients with bladder residual urine volume, IPSS score than preoperative significantly decreased(P < 0.05), compared with preoperative serum PSA has no obvious improvement(P > 0.05). 6 months after treatment, the review of the observation group of serum PSA level, residual urine(RU) and IPSS score were lower than the treatment group(P < 0.05), and the incidence of side effects of hormone therapy in the observation group was obviously lower than that of control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Ju Zao Wan combined TURP surgery can effectively reduce the serum PSA and maintain TURP surgery curative effect, improve the quality of life and reduce the adverse reaction of endocrine therapy...
