Objective: Observe the clinical therapy of Huazhuojiedu formula in treating the Zhuodu intrinsic of Chronic Erosive Gastritis patients,and explore the mechanism of Chronic Erosive Gastritis with Huazhuojiedu formula,through observing the changes on expression level of HGF,c-Met in serum and gastric mucosa tissues pre and post treatment,to provide theoretical basis for the clinical application of Zhuodu theory on treating Chronic Erosive Gastritis.Methods:1 80 patients who met with inlusion criteria selected,and 70 cases have finished the study,35 cases of which in treatment group and the other half in comparative group.The patients in treatment group were given Huazhuojiedu formula,while patients in comparative group were given A la tan wu wei wan.The course of the treatment was 6 months in both groups.2 Observe the changes of clinical symptoms,gastroscopic image and pathology pre and post treatment in both groups.3 Observe the serum expression level of HGF of the two groups pre and post treatment,through the method of ELISA.4 Observe the expression level of HGF,c-Met in gastric mucosa tissues of the two groups pre and post treatment,through Immuohistochemistry method.5 All data are analyzed with SPSS 21.0 software.Results: 1 Total scores of clinical symptoms: The total scores decreased after treatment in both the treatment and the comparative group and the differences were statically significant(P<0.05);the total scores in treatment group was lower than that in the comparative group after treatment,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);2 Clinical therapy:The total efficiency of the treatment group was 97.14%,which was higher than that of the comparative group being 82.8%,and there was a significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05);3 Gastroscopic efficacy:the total efficiency of the treatment group was 94.3%,while the comparative group 74.3%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);4 Pathological effect: the total efficiency of the treatment group was77.14%,while the comparative group 62.86%,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);5 Comparision of serum HGF level: the serum level of HGF decreased in both groups after treatment and the difference was statically significant(P<0.05);the serum level of HGF in treatment group was lower than that in the comparative group after treatment and there was a significant difference between these two groups(P<0.05);6Comparision of HGF level in gastric mucosa tissues:the expression level of HGF in treatment group significantly decreased after treatment and the difference was statically significant(P<0.05);in comparative group,the expression level of HGF had no statistical difference,comparing to the level before treatment;in treatment group,the expression level of HGF was lower than that in the comparative group after treatment and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);7 Comparision of c-Met level in gastric mucosa tissues: the expression level of c-Met decreased in both groups after treatment and the differences were statically significant(P<0.05);the expression level of HGF in treatment group was lower than that in the comparative group after treatment and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05);8 the correlation of HGF and c-Met in gastric mucosa tissues: the expression level of HGF in gastric mucosa tissues was positively correlated with the expression of c-Met(r=0.895,P<0.05);9 the correlation of HGF in serum and gastric mucosa tissues: the serum level of HGF was positively correlated with the expression of HGF in gastric mucosa tissues(r=0.887,P<0.05);10 Observation of adverse reactions: in period of taking medicine,there had no adverse reactions on patients who accomplished the experiment,and there had no abnormal changes on blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,hepatic function,renal function and electrocardiogram.Conclusions:1 Huazhuojiedu formula can improve the clinical symptoms,gastroscopic image and pathological condition of patients with CEG of zhuodu intrinsic.2 The elevated expression of HGF in serum and gastric mucosa tissues and the elevated expression of c-Met in gastric mucosa tissues may be the important factors of the morbidity of CEG.3 Huazhuojiedu formula can significantly decrease the expression level of HGF in serum and gastric mucosa tissues,and the expression level of c-Met in gastric mucosa tissues.The possible mechanism may be that the formula can play a role through regulating and controlling the expression level of HGF and c-Met.4 There is a positive correlation between the expression of HGF in serum and gastric mucosa,which has some referential value to judge the injury of gastric mucosa by detecting the serum HGF level.
