Objectives: To investigate the effect of telephone follow-up on self-management of patients treated by PCI,and estimate the practicality of nursing measures by evaluating the intervention effect,In order to apply in practical and improvel the life quality of life of postoperative patients.Methods: Select 112 patients with coronary heart disease from cardiovascular department treated by PCI successfully.The selected patients were randomly devided into two groups,both groups were given nursing routine by nurse in charge during hospitalization,given the self-management guidance and healthcare booklet,provided 24-hour consulting service.Treatment group was given regular telephone follow-up,and the data of both groups was collected by telephone and at the twelfth weekend.Results:1 After intervention,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2 After the intervention,there were significant differences in the bad habits of PCI postoperative patients,symptom management,first aid,disease knowledge,daily life management,treatment adherence between the intervention group and the control group(P<0.05).3 Telephone follow-up on the improvement of the emotion management was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 The level of self management of patients after PCI was generally low2 Self management of patients after PCI was generally improved in 12 weeks after discharge.3 telephone follow-up can significantly increase the bad habits of PCI postoperative patients,symptom management,first aid,disease knowledge,daily life management,treatment adherence4 Telephone follow-up on the improvement of the emotion management is not obvious...
