ObjectiveIn order to play the functions of internet hospital,enhance the level of maternal health management.To observe the effect of infant massage and information support on breastfeeding self-efficacy,baby weight,lactation,exclusive breastfeeding rate.MethodsFrom August 2014 to January2016,116 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups,58 cases in test group and 58 cases in control group.In test group,we provide subjects infant massage and information support health education model,and control group according to routine pregnancy management mode for antenatal care.After the end of the intervention,compared two groups of mode of delivery,breastfeeding self-efficacy,infant weight,lactation,exclusive breastfeeding rate.Results1.After treatment,maternal preference of delivery modes in test group are natural labor 34 cases,cesarean section 20 cases,both of them 4 cases,in control group,maternal preference of delivery modes are natural labor 20 cases,cesarean section 27 cases,both of them 11 cases,so the number of natural labor preference,which in the observation group,is higher than the control group.2.In test group,the delivery modes are natural labor 48 cases,for 82.8%,cesarean section 10 cases,for 17.2%,the delivery modes of the control group are natural labor 38 cases,for 65.5%,cesarean section 20 cases,for 34.5%,the natural labor is higher than the control group.3.After delivery six weeks,nature labor women's breast feeding self efficacy(108.65±10.90),the skills dimensions(48.06±6.88)and inner dimension(60.59±7.50)scores are significant higher than cesarean section(101.13±9.68,43.13±6.33,58.00±9.08).4.In test group,the breast feeding self efficacy(110.02±10.60),skills dimensions(48.56±6.86)and inner dimension(61.47±7.54)scores are significant higher than scores of control group women(103.40±10.60,45.02±6.86,58.38±8.16).5.In test group,adequate lactation is 45 cases,for 77.6%,adequate lactation of the control group is 29 cases,for 50%.6.Exclusive breastfeeding of test group is 42 cases,for 72.4%,exclusive breastfeeding of control group is 25 cases,for 43.1%.7.After childbirth six weeks,baby weight of test group is(5168.97 ? 378.57)g,baby weight of control group is(5016.38?375.73)g.Conclusions1.Information support intervention promote natural delivery,and improve the rate of breast feeding.2.Mothers who is nature labor,has more breastfeeding confidence than,cesarean section mothers.3.Infant massage and information support intervention health education model improve the breastfeeding self-efficacy,lactation status and the weight gain of infants.
