Research On The Transfer Control Of Medical Supplies Under The Environment Of Informatization

With the continuous development of medical and health undertakings, the health care industry deepened the degree of marketization, and the competition between hospitals is more and more fierce. In the year of 2015, when the instruction of comprehensive reform pilot in city public hospital pointed out that the reform of public hospitals must be promoted, and the construction of hospital informatization would be strengthened. The instruction also emphasized the sustainability of public hospital development and pursued the excellence of public hospital quality. Public hospital is an important part of public institutions of our country, and in order to have an advantage in the competition as well as ensure that the hospital can undertake the responsibility to solve the problem of public basic medical needs, public hospital must enhance the level of medical treatment and strengthen its internal control continuously.At present, the advanced medical technology has been widely used in medical clinical, which makes the use of the medical Supplies is growing fast. Accounting for a large proportion in the funds movement and containing wide varieties, medical supplies run through the whole process of medical activities and are indispensable for medical institutions to carry out normal business. However, most of the hospitals pay less attention to the transfer control of medical supplies and their construction of informationization are lagging, which lead to artificially high cost, as well as out-of-control price. So the majority of patients have spent a lot in medical services. Therefore, both in terms of solving high cost in medical service, or reducing hospital operating costs, information method is necessary to promote the transfer control of medical supplies.BYFY is a public hospital in an area whose Informatization construction was started earlier as well as achieved a good result. Taking BYFY as the research object, using the method of literature analysis, case analysis and on-the-spot investigation, based on summarizing the related literature, and under the condition of the hospital, this paper put forward improvement measures in order to solve the problems that contains inadequate supervision of the use of medical supplies, and the lack of supplier platform.This paper consists of five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. It mainly explains the background of the selected topic, research significance of this article, the related literature review and research ideas, research contents, etc. The second chapter introduce for related theory of hospital internal control. The third chapter has analyzed the case. It mainly introduces the basic situation of BYFY, and analyses the current situation of transfer control of medical supplies under the environment of informatization, and then find out problems. From the perspective of the five elements, the fourth chapter focuses on the problems the last chapter has find out and put forward the further improvement measures. The last chapter simply summarizes the research conclusions of the above content, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.Through in-depth analysis, this paper concluded the effective method of management in the transfer of medical supplies, which is based on the use of information technology, to further improve and enrich the hospital management information system, strengthen the internal control of public hospital and the relevant system construction, in order to improve the efficiency of hospital management, reduce hospital waste of resources, reduce the patients' medical treatment expenses, and provide the reference for similar hospital.
