Study Of Correlation Of Reactive Hyperemia Index And Left Ventricular Systolic Function In Chinese Hypertensive Patients

Objectives:Endothelial dysfunction is one of the main the pathogenesis of cardiovascular disease,which play a important role in the occurrence and development of many cardiovascular disease.[1,2]Petients with hypertension for a long time can appear mang cardio-cerebrovascular complications,such as cardiac insufficiency?coronary heart disease andarrhythmia and so on. Endo-PAT2000 is a non-invasive, new vascular endothelial function detector,which is used to detect the vascular endothelial function of hyperpietic in our study.The purpose of our experiment is to obverse the correlation of Endothelial function and left ventricular ejection fraction,to study the relation of Endothelial function and left ventricular function. Methods:From June,2013 to Dec,2013,we continuedly enrolled 482 primary hypertensives from the second affiliated hospital of Nanchang university under the strict inclusion criteria?All of them detect reactive hyperemia index(RHI) to assess the endothelial dysfunction,and test cardiac uhrasonography to see the LVEF.Collecting patients information: the self-reported smoking and alcohol consumption status, age, sex,heigh,weight,body mass index, heart rate, blood pressure and drug administrations and so on.Detecting Peripheral blood samples,record the their text data. Result:In the study, Univariate linear regression analysis indicated that RHI(p <0.001),systolic blood pressure(SBP)(0.019),uric acid(p < 0.001),estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)(p < 0.001),high-density lipoprotein(HDL)(p =0.038),gender(female)(p =0.028),calcium ion antagonist(p =0.003),?-receptor blocker(BRB)(p =0.021)is correlated with LVEF?Multivariate linear regression analysis further identified RHI(beta =0.161 [95%CI:0.064,0.211], p < 0.001)?calcium ion antagonist(beta =0.118 [95%CI:0.01,0.065], p =0.007)?BRB(beta =-0.115 [95% CI:-0.072,-0.01], p =0.009)are significantly and independently correlated with LVEF?
