Objective:We used the synthesized benzothiazole derivatives to explore their anti-ovarian cancer effects.Further research the effect way of high active,low toxic benzothiazole derivative 2a anting ovarian cancer cells ES2.Methods:Firstly,the new synthesized 16 kinds of benzothiazole derivatives in the research group and cisplatin in the control group were evaluated by MTT method using ovarian cancer cell lines SKOV3,A2780,ES2,OVCAR3 and normal ovarian epithelial cells HOSEpiC.Then compared their IC50 value.Secondly,We used the Annexin V-FITC/PI double dyeing experiments to estimate the compound 2a through which way to induce the ovarian cancer cell ES2 to death.Results:The study found that the new synthetic four types benzothiazole derivative s 1a,2a,1b,5b compared with cisplatin have relatively high activity against o varian cancer cell lines(8.440,5.358,13.810 VS 14.398;3.008,1.885,8.507,6.660 V S 9.270;2.978,1.752,3.580,3.394 VS 4.092;5.516,4.126,12.090,14.088 VS 14.308),especially 2a [N-(2-(benzo[d]thiazol-2-yl)-3-fluorophenyl)-4-methylbenzenesulfona mide].The above four compounds of high resistant activity to ovarian cancer c ells have the characteristics of low toxicity to the normal ovarian epithelial cel ls HOSEpiC(17.220 VS 8.440,3.008,2.978,5.516;12.307 VS 5.358,1.885,1.752,4.126;26.715 VS 13.810,8.507,3.580,12.090;19.118 VS 9.489,6.660,3.394,14.088).T hus,2a can be considered to have a highly resistant activity to ovarian cancer cell lines with low toxicity.The new synthesis of benzothiazole derivative 2a a chieves the goal of resisting ovarian cancer cells ES2 through inducing the ap optosis of ovarian cells.The apoptosis rate of ovarian cancer cells ES2 through2a-treated is 3.65 times as many as untreated.Conclusion:The new synthetic four types benzothiazole derivatives(1a,2a,1b,5b)had been proved that it had significant effect in anting ovarian cancer cells,especially 2a.But the four compounds had the characteristic of low toxicity to the normal ovarian epithelial cells.It can be considered to have a highly resistant activity to ovarian cancer cell lines with low toxicity.The study shows that 2a achieves the goal of resisting ovarian cancer cells ES2 through inducing the apoptosis of ovarian cells.2a is expected to become a new type of chemotherapy drug which used to resistant the ovarian cancer cell with high efficiency and low toxicity.
