The Summarization Of Professor Zhan Libin’s Academic Thought And Clinical Experience In The Diagnosis And Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis And Research Of Arthralgia Syndrome’s Drug Use Based On Data Mining

Objective: Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a kind of chronic systemic and autoimmune disease,due to its unclear pathogenesis,high morbidity and disability rate,it seriously affecting the patient’s quality of life.This thesis is completed under the guidance of Professor Zhan Libin,by making the systematic collation and summary of her academic thoughts and clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and I use statistical software and data mining software to analysis on the drug therapy of Professor Zhan Libin treating disease of arthralgia syndrome,in order to conclude clinical significance and regular pattern in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods: The first part of the paper is the summary of Professor Zhan Libin’s experience about the diagnosis and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and it discusses from the academic thoughts,the usage of clinical medication and clinical medical record,respectively.The second part of paper is the analysis of the drug therapy of Professor Zhan Libin treating disease of arthralgia syndrome by using statistical software and data mining software.With collecting 80 cases of Professor Zhan Libin in treating arthralgia syndrome’s prescriptions,I utilize the methods of frequency,clustering and correlation analysis,by IBM SPSS Statistical 19.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 software to analyze prescription and discuss the rule of medication using in Professor Zhan Libin’s treatment of arthralgia syndrome.Results: In the first part of the paper,at the part of academic thought,it includes “the combination of disease and syndrome differentiation”,“pay attention to Fuzheng Guben with Quxie Juanbi”,“emphasis on maintaining spleen and stomach,especially regulating the emotion” and “clear discrimination of disease location so as to use the targeted herbal medicine” five aspects,which are Professor Zhan Libin’s characteristic experience and key points accumulated in the diagnosis and treatment of RA.At the part of the usage of clinical medication,the common addition and subtraction of herbal medicine separately according to several characteristic therapies put forward by Professor Zhan Libin are discussed,which provide valuable experience for clinical significance.With briefly analyzing three cases selected in the course of postgraduate clinical practice,it reflects the general idea about the common syndrome,therapy,medication and the common addition and subtraction of the herbal medicine in common usage.In the second part of paper,it is found out that 13 class of drugs most commonly used by professor Zhan,which are the tonics,the dissipating blood stasis drugs,the diaphoretic,the damp-clearing drug,the wind-damp dispelling drugs,the antipyretic,the Qi regulating drugs and so on.Poria cocos,Liquorice,Radix Codonopsis,White atractylodes rhizome and Astragalus are the fundament.On the basis of this,increasing Angelica,cassia twig,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Ligusticum wallichii,myrrh,loranthus parasiticus,Cortex Moutan,,Fiructus Gardeniae,Chenpi,szechwan Chinaberry fruit,Longgu and oyster shell is the core herbal prescription.According to IBM SPSS Statistical 19.0 software to get the hierarchical cluster analysis divided into five categories involved in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome,treating with righting Qi and spleen,expelling cold pain,making liver and kidney strong,expelling dampness and phlegm,dispelling blood stasis,clearing heat and quieting the heart.According to IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1 software with Apriori to get the correlation analysis,most relevant of drug combination is the medicine for benefiting Qi and spleen drugs and Anshen drugs,in which the compatibility of Liquorice and Poria cocos is the most frequently used and most relevant of drugs,followed by the compatibility of Liquorice and Radix Codonopsis,the compatibility of Poria cocos and Radix Codonopsis.All of the above reflect Professor Zhan Libin’s advantage of clinical significance and regular pattern in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome.Conclusion: Professor Zhan Libin has devoted herself to study a lot of traditional Chinese medical book,combined with modern medicine and traditional Chinese medicine to treat rheumatoid arthritis and obtained the good clinical effect in clinical treatment.According to using the methods of frequency,clustering and correlation analysis,we can analyze prescription and discuss the rule of medication using in prestigious TCM specialists’ treatment of arthralgia syndrome.
