The Research On Shengmai San And Zhi Gan Cao Decoction In Treatment Of Premature Beat For Deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin

Objective:Toobserveveinorbroiledliquoriceand subtract the clinical curative effect and safety of treatment of ventricular premature beat,provide the basis for clinicaltreatment.Methods:Selected from January 2014 toJanuary2015,liChuan city hospital cardiovascular internal medicine the inpatient and outpatient service in line with the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and ventricular premature beat palpitations qi and Yin deficiency syndrome in patients with 60 cases,ranging in age from 18 to 80 years old,average 50.4 years.sing randomized controlled method will be divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Treatment group oral times he g,25 mg/time,2 times/day pulse dispersion and main licorice tonga,150 ml,early after dinner warm clothing.Control group:oral times he 25mg/time,2 times/day.A course of 4 weeks.Treatment in the process of observing symptoms of each patient's heart rate,blood pressure and to adjust the dosage and two groups of patients before and after Chinese medicine symptoms,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram premature beat frequency,and statistical analysis,two groups of treatment efficacy and safety.Results:1.Syndrome integral syndromes was treatment group curative effect significant efficiency was 63.3%,effective rate was 36.7%,no efficiency by 0%,total effective rate was 100%;The control efficiency of 20%,effective rate was 66.7%,no efficiency 4%,total effective rate was 86.7%;By the rank and the analysis of test P = 0.000,P<0.05,suggesting that the treatment group and control group in the aspect of syndrome integral exists obvious difference,the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.2.The number of premature beat aspects:dynamic electrocardiogram curative effect in treatment group was 13.3%,effective rate was 60%,no efficiency by 26.7%,total effective rate was 73.33%;The control efficiency of 3.3%,effective rate was 16.7%,no efficiency 80%,total effective rate was 20%;By the rank and the analysis of test P=0.000,P<0.05,suggesting that the treatment group and control group were significant differences in improving premature beat,curative effect of treatment group is better than the control group.3.The TCM symptom improvement aspect: the treatment group and control group can effectively improve TCM symptoms of premature beat,but there is obvious difference between two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.Treatment group and control group in the palpitation restless,languid,much dream of insomnia symptoms improved obviously,the two groups in ferrite weakness,pale,tinnitus,lumbar acid the symptom such as improving no significant differences(P>0.05).4.Security: two groups of patients before and after treatment in safety indicators,such as blood routine,stool routine,urine routine,liver function,renal function,all within the normal range,no significant adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.The life vein or broiled liquorice tonga subtraction can significantly improve the TCM syndrome type belong to qi and Yin deficiency syndrome symptoms of ventricular premature beat,especially for much dream symptoms such as palpitations restless,wakefulness,particularly to improve.2.Raw pulse dispersion and main licorice tonga subtraction can signicantly reduce the number of 24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram premature beat,especially for type belongs to qi and Yin deficiency of traditional Chinese medicine certificate effect is obvious.3.The life vein or broiled liquorice tonga subtraction in the treatment of premature beat no obvious adverse reaction occurred,in the process of its safe and effective.
