Purpose: 1.The aim of this study is to explore the clinical significance of the expression level of Cyclin G1 in triple negative breast cancer(TNBC).2.To discuss the correlation between the expressions of Cyclin G1 and epithelial mesenchymal transformation relatived protein-Vimentin and E-cadherin.Material and method:Collecting 302 cases of breast cancer,including 77 cases of TNBC,225 cases of non TNBC,from the Oncology Department of General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command.68 cases of the TNBC has been chosed and the pathological specimens were taken from the Pathology Department of General Hospital of Shenyang Military Command.The immunohistochemistry is used to detect protein expressions of Cyclin G1,E-cadherin and Vimentin in the 68 sample of TNBC tissue,para-carcinoma tissue and normal breast tissue.The SPSS 20.0 statistic software is used to analyze the correlation between expression of the protein and the clinicpathological agents of the patients in TNBC.Results: 1.Cyclin G1 is mainly expressed in the cell nucleus,and the positive rate of TNBC(57.3%,39/68)is higher than that of para-carcinoma tissue(33.8%,23/68)(P=0.010)and higher than that of normal breast tissue(0.01%,1/68)(P=0.000).2.The expression of Cyclin G1 is correlated with menstrual status,lymph node metastasis and P53(P<0.05).3.The expression of E-cadherin which is mainly expressed in the cytomembrane is negatively correlated with Cyclin G1(r=-0.670,P=0.000).The expression of Vimentin which is mainly expressed in the cytoplasm is positively correlated with Cyclin G1(r=-0.637,P=0.000).4.In the group of lymph node-positive,the expression of E-cadherin is lower(Z=-2.502,P=0.012)and the expression of Vimentin is higher(Z=-2.307,P=0.021).5.There is negative correlation with Cyclin G1 and DFS/OS of patients who with or without lymph node metastasis.6.the overexpression of Cyclin G1 and lymph node metastasis is independent prognostic factor of patients of TNBC(P<0.05).Conclusion: The positive expression of Cyclin G1 protein is found in the tumor cells of TNBC.Detecting the expression of Cyclin G1 can be an independent prognostic factor of patients of TNBC.
