Background:The climate alone south-north water diversion project is warm and humid, the population is density and the geographical condition is complexity. These entire situation are suitable for breeding mosquito and form a diversity species of mosquitos.Alone the main habit home mosquito is Cx. pipiens palllen and Pyrethroid is the main method for mosquito control. The long-term-heavy use of pesticide leads to mosquito resistance. The premise of prevention and control of mosquito-borne is the early detection of drug resistance and testing the development of resistance, So the resistance test is necessary. Insect-brone are a class of diseases that can be spread by blood-sucking arthropod bites vertebrates,including mosquitoes,ticks,sand files,midges and mites.Insect-brone diseases have become the public health issue and Insect-borne disease frequency has occurred in recent years. JE virus(JEV), yellow fever virus(YFV), dengue virus(DENV), etc, are include in mosquito-borne viruses. Epidemic encephalitis B is the disease of natural foci that caused by JE virus. Cx.tritaeniorhynchus is the main media. We choose 3 collection sites alone south-north water diversion project to collect mosquito samples.The collection sites cover Lake Dongping of Taian, Lake Taibai of Jining city and Lake Weishan of hanzhaung country.Objective : In needs to monitor the resistance of mosquito and understand the relationship between the mosquito-borne virtue and the local disease. The results can provide biasis for mosquito control and prevention and control for arbovirus diseases.Method:Adult mosquito were collected by bed net method in Lake Dongping of Taian city, Lake Taibai of Jining city and Lake Weishan of Hanzhuang county. Some are used for the resistance test. Nucleic acids of JEV were detected from mosquito samples by Quantitative Real-time PCR. Mosquito-grinding was inoculated into BHK-21 cells.And nested PCR was used for detecting JEV.Result:A Total of 16 711 mosquitoes were collected from June to September 2015, including 6 genera 17 species. The number of Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Cx. pipiens palllen and Mansonia uniformis was 6 610(39.55%), 6 465(38.69%) and 2 357(14.10%) respectively. They are the dominant in the region. The seasonal fluctuations of all the adult species were consistent, and reaching to the density peak at August. JEV was detected from Cx. tritaeniorhynchus, Cx. pipiens palllen and Coquillettidia ochracea(Theobald, 1903).The resistence of mosquito in Hanzhuang Town of Weishan county and Lake Dongping is high and the resistance of mosquito in Lake Taibai of Jining city is moderate.Conclusion:The investigation of mosquito resistance and the infection of JEV in Lake Dongping of Taian city, Lake Taibai of Jining city and Town Lake Weishan of Hanzhuang county. A Total of 16 711 mosquitoes were collected and Cx.tritaeniorhynchus is the advantage of local moaquito species. JEV was detected from Cx. Tritaeniorhynchus, Cx. pipiens palllen and Coquillettidia ochracea(Theobald, 1903).Mosquito resistence exist in Hanzhuang Town of Weishan county, Lake Taibai of Jining city and Lake Dongping. All of these prompt the region's existing in higher JE virus infection risk.
