Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Senile Simple Systolic Hypertension (Phlegm And Blood Stasis Type) With The Method Of Removing Qi And Resolving Phlegm And Removing Blood Stasis And Dredging Collaterals

Purpose: Through the use of Qi and resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis Tongluo therapy in the treatment of Senile Simple Systolic Hypertension(phlegm and blood stasis type)clinical research that the treatment effective regulation in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension in patients with blood pressure,improve the clinical symptoms,and to prove its safety and reliability.Method: This study through randomized controlled method 72 patients were divided into two groups in clinical research.The course of treatment,the treatment group with oralze carefully step-down granular control of blood pressure.Control group oraldizzy antihypertension tablet.Treatment for 28 days.Observe two groups before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and the change of blood pressure,and using statistical methods to evaluate outcome and related security.Result: All 72 patients completed the trial,no adverse reaction.The treatment group in reducing blood pressure and improve the symptom of the total efficiency was 88.88%,91.66%.While the control group was 72.22% and 75%.By rank sum test,antihypertensive effect: P=0.041,z=-2.042.The total effect of Chinese medicine syndromes: z=-1.991,P=0.047;After treatment symptom score between the two groups:z=-3.377,P=0.012.Conclusion: According to the test data statistical analysis,in terms of effective control of blood pressure,was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In improving symptoms,especially in improving the dizziness,headache,insomnia,chest tightness of TCM symptoms,the rank and inspection,the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group.Into the group of patients are to complete the test,no adverse reaction,prove clinical safe and reliable.
