Part one: The Study of Human lung Cancer p-ERK Protein Expression of clinical pathological significanceBackground and Objective The extracellular signal-regulated kinase(ERK) signaling pathway is a major determinant in the control of diverse cellular processes such as proliferation, survival, differentiation and motility. This pathway is often up-regulated in human tumors and as such represents an attractive target for the development of anticancer drugs. Because of its multiple roles in the acquisition of a complex malignant phenotype, specific blockade of the ERK pathway is expected to result in not only an anti-proliferative effect but also in anti-metastatic and anti-angiogenic effects in tumor cells. The extracellular signal regulating kinase ERK and lung cancer, the relationship between analysis with the clinical pathologic features of patients with lung cancer, the relationship between the reaction of chemotherapy and prognosis of survival.Previous researchers and this group of researchers have collected the clinical data of 95 cases of patients with lung cancer, it made the preparation of tissue section, using immunohistochemical method(Envision) in normal lung tissue, lung tissue were separately measured p- ERK(ERK phosphorylation) express, Kaplan Meier-method was used to survival analysis, chi-square test is used to inspect p-ERK expression in lung tissue. MehodsResults 1 60 cases with complete follow-up information of patients with lung cancer survival analysis, p- ERK expression in lung cancer patients survival time is short, no expression of long survival time. 2 P- ERK expression in lung cancer group is higher than normal lung tissue(P < 0.05); Detection of p- ERK expression differences in lung cancer histologic type has no statistical significance(p > 0.05). 3 P-ERK protein in patients with lung cancer clinical expression in international TNM staging, ? ~ ? period p- ERK expression in lung cancer group was higher than I-II(p < 0.05); P- ERK expression chemotherapy have reaction of patients survival time is long, the survival of chemotherapy without reaction time(p < 0.05).Conclusion P-ERK protein expression in lung cancer is affecting suivival outcomes for patients with lung cancer and chemotherapy response of an important factor.Part two: P-ERK in CT joint serological detection in the early diagnosis of lung cancer patients with bone metastases to express the meaning of the analysisFor lung cancer osseous malignancies, prone to bone metastases.Lung cancer patients with bone metastases lesions most of rock-salt bony destruction, part of the gland carcinoma, small cell carcinoma can be behaved into bony destruction. In fact, as survival rates for lung cancer are increasing, the number of people living with bone metastases is also increasing. In addition to causing considerable pain and discomfort, bone metastases can result in fractures that interfere with daily activities and lessen your quality of life. Lung cancer incidence of bone metastases is 30-40%, 1 year survival rate of 40-50%(median survival 6- in October). Proto-oncogene RAS family is closely related to the occurrence of lung cancer, ERK is part of the RAS signaling pathways, it can inhibit apoptosis, promote proliferation, which involved in the occurrence of lung cancer. Purpose of this study is to investigate the CT and serum carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA), serum sugar chain antigen 125(CA125), cytokeratin(CK19 were) fragment(CYFRA21 1), neuron specific enolization enzyme(NSE) five parameters detection in the diagnosis of lung cancer patients with bone metastases P- ERK expression of correlation analysis. Background and Objective:Mehods: 1 CT scans and extract all the examiner on an empty stomach in the morning the peripheral venous blood of 4 ml, by adopting the method of related foreign weeks after separation plasma in patients with serum NSE and CEA, CA125, CYFRA21-1 for testing. 2 Use the method of immunohistochemical detection of P- ERK expression in patients with bone metastases. Results: P- ERK in lung cancer patients with bone metastases increased.greater than without metastasis in patients with lung cancer. Conclusion: P- ERK in lung cancer and lung cancer patients with bone metastases in patients with high expression, expression in lung cancer patients with bone metastases rate...
